【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案は、矩形金属板の加工によつて構成され
るラツク用棚板に関するものである。

(従来の技術及びその問題点) 従来のこの種の棚板は、矩形金属板の長さ方向
に沿つた両側辺には当該金属板の折り曲げ加工に
よつて側壁部を一体に形成していたが、棚板の幅
が広い場合に幅方向中間位置に必要な補強用リブ
は、別の帯状金属板を曲げ加工して構成したもの
を溶接等により棚板底面に固着していた。従つて
棚板本体と補強用リブの2部品が必要となり、溶
接等の結合箇所も多くなるため、コスト高になる
欠点があつた。

に突出する側壁部を金属板の折り曲げにより形成
し、前記矩形金属板の幅方向中間位置には、当該
金属板を幅方向に寄せて底面側に突出する断面倒
立Tの字形のリブを長さ方向に沿つて形成すると
共に、その垂直壁部に於いて互いに重なる金属板
部分を少なくとも長さ方向適当間隔おきに結合し
た点にある。

9を分断させなければならない。

(考案の作用及び効果) 本考案の棚板は以上のように実施し得るもので
あつて、係る本考案の構成によれば、棚板の長さ
方向に於ける曲げ強度を増大させるための補強用
リブを棚板自体の金属板を曲げ加工して一体に構
成することが出来、別の金属板で構成したものを
使用する場合のように、補強用リブと棚板とを結
合するための重ね代が不要であり、使用材料を節
減し得る。又、別の補強用リブを溶接する場合に
は、当該リブの両側辺を夫々棚板底面に溶接しな
ければならないのに対し、本考案の構成ではリブ
が広がるのを防止するために垂直壁部で互いに重
なる金属板部分どうしを溶接すれば良いので、溶
接箇所が少なくなり、全体として大幅なコストダ
ウンを図ることが出来る。
