[Detailed description of the invention] [Industrial application field] The present invention is designed to provide a constant rate of thermal expansion and contraction of stainless steel plates that are applied to waterproof structures that make up roofs, walls, etc. in steel frame or concrete structures. Regarding the slide hanger that can move over a wide range, the range of movement is particularly large, the strength is strong, and the movable piece is configured to have a wide width to increase the welding area with the upright part of the adjacent stainless steel plate, which increases the strength. This relates to a slide suspender whose main purpose is to perform sufficient welding.

Conventionally, this type of slide hanger has been used to allow the stainless steel plate to expand and contract due to heat when the roof or walls are made of stainless steel plates, using the movable pieces of the hanger to prevent damage or peeling of the constructed stainless steel plate. It prevents such things from happening and maintains its waterproofness.

In the case of the hanger f having this configuration, if the movable piece e of the hanger f is interposed between the end upstanding parts of adjacent stainless steel plates and seam welding is performed between the upright parts, the width is narrow. With the movable piece e, the welding area with the upright part is small, and sufficient welding cannot be performed.

For this reason, it is necessary to make the movable piece e wide to some extent, but the wider the movable piece e, the larger the proportion of the elongated hole c will be, and the movable piece e will only occupy a small area.
The disadvantage is that it cannot be moved.

However, recently, when the construction area is large, stainless steel plates that are two to three times longer than conventional ones, for example, stainless steel plates of 30 m or more, are being used for construction from the viewpoint of reliability, simplicity, and aesthetics. If the number of cases increases, the movable range of the hanger f becomes smaller, which causes defects such as damage to the stainless steel plate.

The present invention was created in view of the above-mentioned points of view, and has a wider movable range and stronger strength than conventional slide hangers of this type, and has a wider movable piece. The welding area with the upright part of the stainless steel plate is increased, and the welding strength is sufficient, allowing for a wide range of motion.
It is an object of the present invention to provide a slide hanger that can be manufactured at low cost, has a simple structure, and can be made compact despite its high strength.

In order to achieve this purpose, the slide hanger of the present invention has an upright part that stands up almost vertically from one longitudinal end of an oblong substrate with reinforcing ribs on the surface, and this upright part A movable piece is formed in which a horizontally elongated hole extending to near both left and right ends through a connecting part in the center is provided at the lower end, and comparatively narrow extensions are provided at both ends of the lower end. The movable pieces are respectively passed through horizontally elongated holes in the substrate and wound around the upright portion, and the movable pieces are provided in the upright portion in a substantially upright manner.

A movable piece 5 is made of a rectangular thin metal plate that can be seam-welded or spot-welded to a stainless steel plate. The movable piece 5 is connected to the horizontally elongated hole 4 of the substrate 1 through relatively narrow extending portions 6, 6 formed at both ends of the lower end of the movable piece 5, respectively.
4 and winding them around the standing portion 2,
A movable piece 5 is provided on the upright portion 2 in a substantially upright manner. Therefore, the movable piece 5 has a structure in which the extending parts 6, 6 can move along the upright part 2 over the entire range of the horizontally elongated holes 4, 4, and the movable piece 5 can move within a large range. It is as follows.
