Claims (1)
- 一側面の外周部に刃先が形成された複数の丸刃
が、その刃先を同一方向に向け連続して嵌装され
た第１の回転軸と、フランジ部と円筒段部とから
なる複数の刃物ホルダーが、その円筒段部に超硬
合金製のリング状薄刃と、そのリング状薄刃を軸
線方向に押圧する皿ばねとを装着して嵌装された
第２の回転軸とを備え、前記第１の回転軸と第２
の回転軸の少なくとも一方を軸線方向に移動させ
ることにより、前記丸刃の刃先に前記リング状薄
刃の刃先を圧接させると共に、前記両回転軸を互
いに反対方向に回転させることによりシートを多
数条に切断するシート切断用刃物ユニツトにおい
て、前記第１の回転軸と前記第２の回転軸の一方
か、或いは双方の軸の外周にセラミツクスコーテ
イングを施すと共に、前記丸刃列、或は刃物ホル
ダー列の最終端に絶縁スペーサーを嵌装させたこ
とを特徴とするシート切断用刃物ユニツト。
