As shown in Fig. 4, the antenna structure of a conventional wireless device includes a main body printed circuit board 1 into which circuit components are inserted and a separate antenna printed circuit board 4.
A loop antenna was formed using copper foil 5, and was attached to the main body printed circuit board 1 and wired in the same way as other circuit components. In addition, as shown in FIG. 5, a strip-shaped copper foil 7 is provided on a printed circuit board, and U-shaped metal plates 6 are inserted into insertion holes provided at both ends of the copper foil 7 and soldered to form a loop antenna. Was. However, these have a large number of circuit components, and when using two printed circuit boards 1 one on top of the other, they occupy too much space, require separate components that are larger than other circuit components, and are expensive. It had a drawback.

FIG. 1 is a diagram showing an embodiment of the present invention. 1 is a printed circuit board, 2 is a copper foil of the printed circuit board 1, and the strip-shaped copper foil 2 is provided at the same position on the upper and lower printed circuit boards 1. Each copper foil 2 has an insertion hole for a metal plate 3 at both ends, and the metal plate 3 is inserted into the hole and soldered to form a loop. Here, the metal plate 3 for connecting the copper foil 2 may be a lead wire. Therefore, only a small space of a part of the double printed circuit board 1 is required, and there is no need to use a large separate board or separate parts. Also, with a similar concept, a dual printed circuit board can also serve as a shield case. FIGS. 6a and 6b are diagrams showing that a portion 8 (mainly a high-frequency oscillation circuit) of a high-frequency circuit of a conventional wireless device that is easily influenced by the surroundings is covered with a shielding case 9.
The high frequency circuit is mainly composed of a transistor 10, a coil 11, a capacitor 12, and the like. Therefore, in order to prevent the shield case 9 from coming into contact with the leads of the components and especially the coil 11, the shield case 9 must be made large, and a relatively large space is required. Therefore, as shown in Fig. 2, the lower printed circuit board 1 on which the high frequency circuit is arranged is
By providing the copper foil 13 on the upper printed circuit board 1 located above, there is no need to receive electromagnetic induction from above. Therefore, since the shield case 9 is not required, the distance between the printed circuit boards 1 can also be narrowed as shown in FIG. 2b. Here, the lead wire 14 shown in FIG. 2b is used to connect the copper foil 13 of the upper printed circuit board 1 to the ground of the lower printed circuit board 1 to make the potential common. Also,
Since the shield case 9 is no longer necessary, there is an advantage that adjustment of the coil 11 and the like, which previously required fine adjustment, becomes easier. Now, talking about the coil 11, which is important in high frequency circuits, the coil 11 used in conventional high frequency oscillation circuits has a fixed inductor 15 and an air-core coil 16 as shown in FIG.
The fixed inductor 15 is small and can be easily made with a relatively small inductance to a large inductance, but it cannot be varied and has the disadvantage of large manufacturing errors. The air-core coil 16 can be adjusted by varying its inductance, but it has a large inductance. The drawback was that it was difficult to make. Therefore, if a relatively large inductance is required and fine adjustment is required, either the fixed inductor 15 is selected so that fine adjustment is not necessary, or the fixed inductor 15 and the air-core coil 16 are selected.
I had to use both. Therefore, if the coil 19 is made to have a fixed inductor part 17 and an air-core coil part 18 as shown in FIG. 3, the coil will take advantage of the advantages of each. Further, if air-core coil portions 18 are provided on both sides as shown in FIG. 2B, the inductance adjustment range can be further widened.

In this invention, strip-shaped copper foils are formed in parallel on two printed circuit boards that are arranged in parallel and have circuit components mounted on them, and both ends of each copper foil are connected with a conductive metal. Configuring the wireless circuit 2
The antenna can be formed on a part of a single printed circuit board, which has the advantage that the space occupied by the antenna itself can be reduced and costs can be reduced.
