治具の１実施例を示すもので、Ａは上面図、Ｂは
縦断面図である。第２図は本考案の半導体ウエハ
ー用エツチング治具を用いてエツチングしたＧａ
Ａｓウエハーの表面平坦度を表わした図である。
実線ａは本考案によるもので、点線ｂは従来法で
エツチングを行なつたものである。 １……くぼみ、２……エツチング液流入出口、
３……外壁、４……取手。
治具の１実施例を示すもので、Ａは上面図、Ｂは
縦断面図である。第２図は本考案の半導体ウエハ
ー用エツチング治具を用いてエツチングしたＧａ

- 半導体ウエハーの入るくぼみ１を有し該くぼみ
１の深さが該半導体ウエハーの厚さよりも２〜５
mm大であり、かつ、該くぼみ１の外縁部に等間隔
に離れた３つ以上のエツチング液流入出口２を有
し、該外縁部の高さよりもやや高い外壁３を有し
、該外縁部に棒状の取手４を有して構成されるこ
とに特徴がある半導体ウエハー用エツチング治具
。
