本考案は加熱調理用その他のガス燃焼器におけ

部材とを備え、かくて該開閉制御弁を開いて該バ
ーナにガスを導かせてこれを着火して燃焼させる
間、該流量制御部材によりガス量を加減するよう
にした式のものは知られており、このものでは通
常ガスノズルが噴出するガス量に応じて一次空気
を吸引するためガス量を変化させてもガス量と一
次空気の量はバランスしてガスバーナに供給され
る。しかし該バーナの作動中該流量制御部材をガ
ス量の大から小に急激に操作するとガス量が急激
に減少しても空気流は急減速しないため該一次空
気のガスに対する割合が多くなりすぎ、これによ
れば、該バーナらに失火を生じ勝ちである不都合
を伴う。又、ガスコツクを弱火位置に止める手段
がないものでは、急速に弱火になるようにノブを
操作するとノブを回し過ぎて消火位置まで回して
しまい易く、従つて消火位置まで回さないように
手加減して操作する必要があり、手加減して操作
するため、上述のような不具合は生じ難いが、ノ
ブを慎重に回さなければならずその操作が不便で

ス量を最大流量と最小流量との間に亘つて増減す
る流量制御部材4とを備えるものに於いて、該バ
ーナ1の一次空気供給口5に、該流量制御部材4
によりガス量を最小流量に減じたときのみ一次空

では両弁4a,4bが共に閉じて該第3通路10
cのみが作動するガス量の小流量状態に得られる
