(Prior technology) Conventional trolleys have been used to transport cargo made of long flat material such as plywood, glass, plasterboard, etc. by laying it flat on the loading platform. Because of their wide width, they often protruded from the trolley and got in the way, making transportation difficult.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) The present invention does not involve loading the above-described cargo such as plywood, glass, starboard, etc. on a trolley by laying it flat on a trolley, but by leaning the cargo against the loading platform of the trolley. By loading the bag so that it fits within its width, long items can be transported smoothly even in narrow aisles.

(Function) In the present invention, a loading platform 6 is stacked on the upper surface of a loading platform 2 provided with wheels 1 at the bottom, and a rising portion 15 at one end of a connecting arm 5 is rotatably attached to one end of both sides of the loading platform 6. The other end of the connecting arm 5 is rotatably attached to both sides of the loading platform 2 at a position where the loading platform 6 can stand up and support the loading platform 2, and the loading platform 6 can be raised and lowered. The long side of the flat load 12 is supported in an upright position on the loading platform 6, making it easy to transport through narrow passages. It can also be used as a transportation trolley, and furthermore, a load receiving part 4 is formed on the lower surface of the connecting arm 5 at the same height as the upper surface of the loading platform 2,
Since the upper surface of the cargo receiving section 4 is configured not to protrude from the upper surface of the cargo platform 2, the cargo 12 can be placed on the cargo platform 2 and the cargo receiving section 4 and transported, and the weight of the cargo 12 on the cargo receiving section 4 causes the cargo 12 to be transferred to the cargo receiving platform 6. Since the upright state of the cargo receiving section 4 is reliably maintained and the upper surface of the cargo receiving section 4 does not protrude from the upper surface of the cargo platform 2, the cargo receiving platform 6 is not pulled in the folding direction by the connecting arm 5, and the cargo receiving platform 6 does not move. The cargo 12 can be safely transported without falling from the loading platform 2, and since the connecting arm 5 does not restrict the outside of the cargo 12 from protruding outward beyond the connecting arm 5, the outer width of the connecting arm 5 can be It is possible to store and transport larger loads of different widths, and since the load receiving part 3 is formed on the top surface of the connecting arm 5 at the same height as the upper surface of the load receiving platform 6 in the folded state, the loading platform 6 can be folded and transported. 2 and placed on the receiving platform 6, the connecting arm 5 protrudes above the receiving platform 6 and the cargo placed on the receiving platform 6 is not destabilized. Not only can it be carried, but since the connecting arm 5 does not restrict the outside of the baggage 12 from protruding outward from the connecting arm 5, it is possible to store and transport a baggage whose width protrudes beyond the width of the outside of the connecting arm 5.

In addition, when the loading platform 6 is erected on the loading platform 2 at a slight angle via the connecting arm 5 and supported by the pillars 8, and cargo 12 such as plywood or plasterboard is successively propped up on the loading platform 6 and loaded onto the loading platform 2. Since the lower end of the luggage 12 presses the load receiving part 4 of the connecting arm 5, the connecting arm 5 is fixed by the weight of the luggage 12, and the loading state of the luggage 12 is stabilized without the load receiving platform 6 falling down, and the rear end of the connecting arm 5 is loading platform 2
The baggage 12 is located slightly behind the center of the loading platform 2.
Since the center of gravity is at the center of the bag, the baggage 12 is not only stably loaded and can be transported without collapsing during transportation, but also the baggage 12 is loaded vertically instead of flat. Therefore, since the cargo 12 can be transported in the length direction, it can be easily transported even in narrow passages. Also, when the loading platform 6 is folded and stacked on the loading platform 2 as shown in Fig. 1, the connecting arm 5
The loading platform 6 is folded into the loading platform 2 without protruding upward, and a small cargo is loaded on the loading platform 6, and the push handle 1
4 can be inserted into the hole 13 and used as a normal trolley.

In Figures 1 and 2, the loading platform 2 has wheels 1.
(Flexible vehicle or fixed vehicle) is attached to this loading platform 2.
One end of a connecting arm 5 is rotatably attached to each side of the connecting arm 5 with a shaft 7, and an upright portion 15 formed at the other end of the connecting arm 5 is rotatably attached to one end of a loading platform 6 with a shaft 7. Attach to the shaft. The connecting arm 5 has a load receiving part 3,
4, and the cargo receiving parts 3 and 4 are connected to the cargo platform 2 and the cargo receiving platform 6 so that they do not protrude from the cargo platform 2 and the cargo receiving platform 6, respectively.
It is formed so that it is flush with the surface. The purpose of this configuration is to prevent the cargo 12 from floating up from the cargo bed 2 and the cargo receiving platform 6 when the cargo 12 is made of a material such as plywood or plasterboard. Reference numeral 8 is a support post, which is connected to the groove 1 provided in the cargo receiving platform 6.
1, one end is pivotally supported by a pin 9, and the other end is locked in a locking hole 10 formed in the loading platform 2, thereby supporting the loading platform 6. Note that the loading platform 2 and the loading platform 6 do not need to be plate-shaped as shown in FIG. 3, and may be constructed only of a frame body.

Next, the state of use of the present invention will be explained. As shown in FIG. 4, when the cargo receiving platform 6 in the folded state (indicated by the one-dot chain line) is lifted, the connecting arm 5 rotates via the shaft 7, so that the cargo receiving platform 6 is placed in the position shown by the two-dot chain line. It moves and stands up slightly diagonally on the loading platform 2 as shown by the solid line. Therefore, the support 8 is rotated through the groove 11 of the loading platform 6 via the pin 9, and the lower end of the drawer is engaged with a locking hole 10 provided in the loading platform 2, thereby supporting the loading platform 6. Baggage 12 such as plywood and plasterboard is sequentially placed against the upright cargo receiving platform 6 and loaded onto the cargo platform 2. In this case, as mentioned above, the cargo receiving part 4 is formed to be flush with the cargo platform 2 so as not to protrude from the platform 2.
The cargo 12 can be reliably loaded without lifting off the cargo platform 2. The luggage 12 is loaded within the width of the loading platform 2. In order to prevent the cargo 12 from sliding off, a stopper (not shown) may be detachably provided on one side of the cargo platform 2. When used as a normal trolley, the loading platform 6 is folded up as shown in FIG. 1, cargo is loaded onto the loading platform 6, and the push handle 14 is inserted into the hole 13 for transportation. In this case as well, the cargo receiving portion 3 of the connecting arm 5 is formed to be flush with the cargo receiving platform 6 so as not to protrude from the cargo receiving platform 6, so that the cargo can be loaded securely without lifting off from the cargo receiving platform 6. can.

(Effects of the Invention) As explained above, the present invention is capable of loading cargo made of materials such as plywood, glass, plasterboard, etc. onto a loading platform by leaning them one after another on a receiving platform, and furthermore, the loaded cargo is accommodated within the width of the loading platform. Because of this, it can be easily transported even in narrow aisles. Furthermore, the present invention can be used as a normal trolley, and furthermore, since the cargo is placed upright, it has various effects such as easy handling.
