- 誘電体基板に形成された変換インピーダンス領
域と、この変換インピーダンス領域に接続された
出力線路と、この出力線路の両側に沿つて設けら
れた複数の金属片と、この金属片上に設けられ前
記変換インピーダンス領域と同じ幅の変換部とを
具備するインピーダンス変換器。
