本発明は、地中に埋設される貯水槽において、これに貯
留されている水を最後まで吸い出すことを可能とするた
めに、その中に吸水管が挿入される貯水槽底部の窪部で
ある底板ピットを、貯水槽の底部に底板ピットを形成す
