Claims (1)
- 異なる面数を有する複数の回転多面鏡を同軸上
に設けた偏向器と、異なるビデオ周波数で駆動さ
れる光源と、１つの結像レンズ、および、１つあ
るいは複数の倒れ補正用の円筒形の光学部材より
構成されることを特徴とする光学走査装置。
