て、エンジンの回転状態で検知信号を出力する状
態検知手段と、この状態検知手段から検知信号が
与えられた後所定時間が経過したときに動作許可
信号を出力する遅延手段と、前記検知信号が出力
停止されたときには前記遅延手段による動作許可
信号の出力状態を直ちにを停止させる初期化手段
と、前記遅延手段からの動作許可信号が与えられ
た状態で前記油圧スイツチがオン動作したときに
前記報知手段にリレーを介して通電すると共にそ
のリレーの自己保持状態を前記動作許可信号の出
力期間中保持する警報制御回路とを具備してなる
