外周にテープ、紐、糸の何れかで一括押え巻を施
してなることを特徴とする請求項2記載のノンメ

イプの外周に配置した複数本の抗張力体の相互固
定は、中心の非金属のパイプの外周に密接して配
置した抗張力体相互を接着剤または熱接着の何れ
