に底部が前記中枠４上に接触し、該中蓋１２の一
端に突設した軸受部材１４は前記外蓋９の一側に
開設した切欠孔１５を貫通して外側に突出し、該
軸受部材１４に弾力を付与するための下向き開口
のスライド溝１６を穿設し、該スライド溝１６の
中途に上下二段の軸受部１７，１８を形成すると
共に上段の軸受部１８を前記支軸８に回動可能に
係合し、且つ前記中蓋１２の下測に突設した環状
突壁１９を前記中枠４の上面に穿つた環状溝２０
に着脱自在に嵌合せしめ、更に前記支片７の下部
位置で本体枠１の一側に前記中蓋１２の開蓋途中
で前記軸受部材１４の外側寄りの下端部１４′が
係当するようになる突片２１を設けた構成を要旨
