国際調査報告 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION Shut-off valve The present invention relates to a shut-off valve of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1.
Ru. The cap-shaped valve body of this type of valve presents several problems that are difficult to solve. A good analogy is
To obtain a good and consistent sealing action, the cap must cooperate with the seal for a considerable period of time. It is also necessary to ensure that the pressure of the fluid to be controlled does not undesirably open/close the valve body. Clear external finger of valve body position
Unless indicated, it is difficult to know the detailed control position. Another problem is that it is often required to be able to control forward and reverse flow while maintaining the desired properties of the valve. An additional problem, almost contradictory, is the valve body, or cap.
must provide a satisfactory seal regardless of fluid flow direction and pressure.
However, it must still be easily controllable. Finally, traditional shutoff valves often require lengthy, complex, and costly installation processes.
In short, so-called automatic mounting is almost impossible. This long and complicated
Despite this costly process, some known valves suffer from leakage and/or
poses a safety risk in that it may fail under pressure. A valve according to the preamble of claim 1 is already known from US Pat. No. 4,257,576. The idea of this prior invention is that it is a flow path in which a closing member is inserted and installed through one of the connection ports at both ends of a valve housing that is made integrally.
The purpose of this invention is to design the closing member to be large. Figure 16 of the specification shows the valve housing
The installation of the closure member during the process is clearly explained. As you can see, the closed
The stop member is secured against the valve housing until its upper lug reaches into the diverging spindle bore.
The lower forked lug must be engaged obliquely into the main hole of the housing, while the lower forked lug has a sealing gas kent provided for cooperating with the closing member.
It must be engaged with a stub that is pre-fixed to the thing. Then below
Either hold the lower fork upright and locked in the non-operating position, which is the only way to insert the closure, and then rotate the lower fork 180', thereby forcing the spindle into the upper lug. be. This kind of thinking requires many difficult and time-consuming manual assembly operations.
There is no room for debate on this point. Nevertheless, the operating mode and reliability of this type of valve must be questioned. First, once the closure has been inserted, it must either be upright and rotated into its correct closed position, which requires the spindle to be rotated through 180' of rotation of the closure.
In most cases, you will probably need to insert the sealing gasket manually.
This must be achieved against the resistance and friction created by the cut. In any case, pre-inserting the spindle means that the closure member can only rotate 90°.
This is extremely difficult because it is designed to be This means that the closing member is
This means that a considerable amount of play is required between the gasket and the closure member, since it must be slid along the gasket by hand or with only some tools. Second, the natural shape of the lower lugs, the fork shape, has considerable drawbacks.
This is because the closure member exerts uncontrollable pressure on the gasket and
The gasket area is juxtaposed to the lower lug where high pressures such as normal shock waves occur.
If concentrated in a lever-like manner, the gasket may be damaged or blown.
This is because it may be blown away. At the same time, the upper lug, if not the entire closure, may also be damaged. Undoubtedly, this design results in a high degree of wear in the gasket area and sooner or later the gasket seal is no longer desired.
It will no longer work properly. Depending on the worn part of the gasket, the closing member may
It is no longer possible to maintain a straight position, and the slope becomes increasingly steep, causing further wear in the gasket area until the valve no longer operates properly. This valve tends to cause
A major malfunction is undesired self-opening and/or self-closing. Also, the use of integrally constructed valve housings, while initially offering small cost savings, can come at a high cost with increasingly difficult assembly and disassembly.
It becomes. Any subsequent inspection of the valve is not possible without removing the valve housing from at least one of the connecting pipes. Furthermore, the spindle is not visible from the outside regarding the flow path.
Since it is only possible to insert the spindle at very high pressures, there is always a risk of a so-called blowout of the spindle. Last but not least, this valve allows fluid to flow in both forward and reverse directions.
It cannot be used to change the direction of fluid flow, it is
If the gasket for the closure does not provide a seal and the closing member opens or closes during the opening or closing movement,
This is because there is a possibility that it will deviate from its position. Finally, various forms and methods of sealing gasket installation have been identified, but their sealing performance, lifespan, etc. do not meet high standards. The same applies to the various shapes and shapes of the closure member.
The same can be said about the reinforced parts. In the open state shown in FIG. 7 of the above-mentioned US patent, the closure member is closed by a lower lug with an open fork.
The fork is not prevented from being pushed further in one direction, which can lead to vibrations or even flutter, while the subsequent closing movement takes place against the pressure of the fluid flow, which causes the fork to stub out. This means that the sealing gasket is subject to more uneven pressure. The aim of the invention is to propose a shut-off valve which addresses and overcomes the above-mentioned problems as far as possible and which additionally represents a technical advance in this field. According to the invention, this object is achieved by providing a shut-off valve of the above-mentioned type with the features of claim 1.
This can be achieved by designing as described in the characteristics section. A shutoff valve designed in this manner is considered to be very advantageous in various respects. As can be seen from Figure 4 of the accompanying drawings, the valve body does not inflate or reduce the cross-sectional area of the flow path anywhere. In addition, the unit consisting of the spindle, valve body, and lid body with hair ring pin can be inserted, inspected, and removed from the valve housing connected to the piping.
This can be done at both ends of the ring. The valve body does not rotate or lock at all, and the above unit can be installed in a fairly coherent state. Yu
Once the knit is installed, the valve body in its unique closed position ensures proper positioning and fixation of the seal ring, seal carrier and lock ring in a brotherly manner, all of which , installation is possible easily, safely and in a very quick manner.Furthermore, the spindle is inserted from the inside of the valve body, and both ends of the valve body are held in place around the entire circumference.
The valve body is held in place, and only a small portion of the lid carrying the unit is exposed to the valve holder.
Since it does not protrude into the interior of the housing, it is only affected by slight pressure, while the outer part of the lid body may be designed with a relatively large diameter, so that a considerable tightening force can be obtained. The risk of so-called blow-outs, which sometimes occurs with most valves, does not exist even at very high pressures. Since the valve body has been prepared to be inserted into the valve housing prior to the installation of the sealing gasket, there will be no closure, resistance or resistance caused by the sealing gasket! There are no problems with IfJ friction. On the other hand, the quick installation of the valve body benefits the subsequent installation of the sealing gasket with accessories, as mentioned above.

Although this can be actively avoided, it is easy to design the lock ring and the groove that holds it in such a way that it will suffer F & loss above a predetermined pressure level, especially for safety reasons. That's why. Normally, this is of course unnecessary, and the valve of the present invention does not allow any parts to be damaged due to such pressures for any given fluid pressure.
Can be resisted without. It will be appreciated that this can be completely avoided, for example by strengthening or special design of the valve body or by the overall design as claimed in claim 1. Whether all parts of the valve according to the invention can be designed without any play or with a moderate play is not important due to the features of the invention that do not require special considerations. . Some divine parts, especially the sealing gas valve) and the valve body, will not deteriorate the operating condition of the valve;
This is because the design according to the invention takes into account wear and play compensation.
Ru. Unwanted self-opening and/or self-closing is virtually impossible. The valve body is safely held in both open and closed positions, regardless of the direction of fluid flow. This means that the direction of fluid flow can be reversed without any problems; in this case too, the features according to the invention ensure that all valves are
It maintains the properties of the seal and realizes a sealing action with eccentricity, especially in the closed position. Other features and advantages of the invention are as described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

Figure 7 shows the movement sequence of the cap-shaped valve body from the closed position to the open position. Figure 8 shows the positions shown in Figure 7 transferred to a single same figure on an enlarged scale; Figure 9 shows an axial view on an enlarged scale of the seal carrier seen from the right side in Figure 7; , more
FIGS. 10 and 11 show the cap as seen from below and from the left in FIG. 6, respectively. In the figure, the shut-off valve 1 seen as a whole comprises a housing 2 and two connecting ends 3.4, which can be designed as a hexagonal profile head with an internal thread 5.6. On one side of the housing, for example approximately in the middle, a control member 7, preferably

used as a indicator. The control member is spun by a screw 9, for example.
The spindle is mounted in a projection 11 on the upper part of the housing 2, e.g. between an axial outer spindle stop and an inner flange at the end of said projection. The spindle has a sliding plate 12 and an O-ring 13 surrounding the body of the spindle. The spindle extends by its control end 14 slightly into a flow path 15 formed by the housing for the control fluid. The control end is provided with a partial radial groove 16 and a partial central axial bore 17 designed to accommodate a rotating tongue 18 and a guide pin 19, which guide The pin is designed as a hat shape as a whole.
The tongue protrudes from the tongue with respect to the valve body indicated by the reference numeral 20. In order to transmit motion from the control member to the spindle, the spindle is provided with a square section 21 which projects from the housing and is connected to the control section.
It is aligned with the corresponding cavity 22 in the material. Furthermore, the housing is provided with a stop projection 23 in order to limit or define the opening and closing movements.
This projection interacts with two stop surfaces 24 of the control member, and the two stop surfaces are designed to have an angular position difference of approximately 90°. The cap-shaped valve body 20 has an outer sealing surface 25 which forms part of an imaginary spherical surface and has a ring-like shape bounded by a flat, closed end surface 26. . In the upper part of FIG. 6, the transmission arm 27 is connected to the ring-shaped sealing surface.
protrudes from the spindle control end 14 and extends substantially horizontally adjacent the free end surface of the spindle control end 14 and is inserted into the groove 16 by the tongue 18 and by the guide pin 9.
is inserted into the hole 17. On the radially opposite side, the bearing arm 28 protrudes in the same direction from the ring-shaped sealing surface.
This is slightly longer than the transmission arm, is slightly eccentric compared to the hole 17, and is provided with a hair ring hole 29. This eccentricity is explained in a concrete example.
In some cases, the cap-shaped valve body has a distance of about 5% from which it can move from the valve seat seat 30 with which it cooperates.
heading in the right direction. The hair ring hole 29 is designed to receive a hair ring pin 31, which protrudes upwardly from the inner surface of the lid body 32,
The lid body is screw-fitted into a tapped hole 33 of the widened portion 34 of the housing, and this tapped hole is used as a mounting hole for the spindle and the cap-shaped valve body. Before
The marking body may be hollow on its outside to form a cavity engagement element or surface for a tool, such as a wrench (not shown). Said hair
The ring pin preferably protrudes into said channel and forms a play around it with a hair ring hole 29, which due to said eccentricity and the pressure/elasticity of the sheet 30, on the sheet side. It abuts the bottle, while the play primarily forms an aperture 48 on its opposite side. However, if necessary, the hole 29 may be shaped into a slightly elongated hole to form a longitudinally extending portion in the axial direction of the flow path. Alternatively,
The width of the tube in the direction perpendicular to the flow path may be wider than the width in the flow path direction. Between the arms 27 and 28, the ring-shaped sealing surface 25 is provided with depressions 35 on both sides thereof. These depressions are relatively gentle. These flow either through the seat 30 in the fully open position of the valve body or freely without obstruction.
It is designed to be The seat 30 includes a ring-shaped seal 36, preferably made of rubber, having the cross-sectional shape shown in FIGS. 6 and 7. The seal has a ring-shaped body 37, which may have a rectangular cross-sectional shape, and which is transformed by a continuous circular fastener 38 into a seat ring 39 of small diameter. The seat ring is the front
On the side facing away from the body, which is concentric with or projects slightly inwardly from the body, the seat 30 is preferably formed with a free corner bend away from the fastener. In the direction of the cap of the cap-shaped valve body, the body is supported by an axial limiting surface of a flange 40, which is part of the housing and projects into the bait channel and which extends toward its inner surface. The seat ring is in contact with its outer surface. A seal carrier 41 is pushed into the flow path on the side facing the opposite side of the cap-shaped valve body.
Ru. The carrier is axially supported in a closed cylindrical portion 42 by an end surface facing opposite to the seat surface of the seat ring, and is radially outwardly supported with respect to the inner side of the thick body.
A circular continuous collar 44 with a plurality of holes 43 is located opposite the seat ring of the body.
supported by the body on the opposite side and pushed into a circular continuous groove 46 in the housing;
It is fixed in that position by a rock song 45 that is attached. In the position shown in solid lines in FIGS. 6, 7a and 8, the cap-shaped valve body is in the forward position.
It is in a closed position directly facing the flow path and completely blocking it. Thus, said ring-shaped sealing surface achieves a satisfactory sealing action as the sheet 30 is elastically deformed on its periphery as shown in FIG. This elastic deformation may be due in part to the above-mentioned conditions for effective use of eccentricity, but in reality, in principle, the pressure of the fluid in the flow path, for example, the inner surface of the cap-shaped valve body, that is, the seat pressure acting in the direction
Power also contributes. Due to each of the eccentricity and the action of the assong hole, which has a width greater than the diameter of the hairsong bin, the cap-shaped valve body is able to move when a substantial pressure is exerted in the direction of the seat 30. Also move in the direction of the sheet and
compresses the lugsong and at the same time improves the sealing action between the cap-shaped valve body and the seat.
do good Thereafter, the hair ring hole moves slightly relative to the hair ring pin. If such movement were to continue, the fluid pressure would compress the seal ring and a soak would occur between the seat 30 and the sealing surface 25. When the fluid pressure is pushing in the opposite direction, the fluid pressure first acts on the cap-shaped valve element, but even if the cap-shaped valve element is in the eccentric state described above, the hair ring hole or the seat side thereof acts on the cap-shaped valve element. Do not move if you are in close contact with. The upstream fluid pressure does not act only on the cap-shaped valve body, but also acts on the seal ring through the plurality of holes 43.
It also acts on the ring body 37, which is compressed and exerts pressure on the seat ring 39 through the fastener 38, which is compressed from within and increases the contact pressure on the sealing surface 25 through the seat 30. let In this way, even if the pressure is very high,
A satisfactory sealing effect is achieved even with excess pressure. The design of the illustrated seal as described above ensures that the sealing mechanism is always securely fixed and at the same time is able to accomplish the functions described above. Now, when trying to open this valve, the rotation of the sealing surface 25, or the opening
The front part in the forward direction exerts a compressive pressure on the corresponding part of said ring 39 as clearly shown in the lower left corner of FIG. 8, while on the opposite side separation from the seat ring 39 takes place. This means that in the closed position shown in solid lines in FIG.
This means that the child valve body is in an equilibrium position, in which case the seat ring 39 is
Centers and holds the child valve body from its periphery. The change in this part is achieved independently by overcoming the resistance, and this is achieved by the opening area of the seat ring located on the forward side, and therefore the opening of the valve is achieved by overcoming the resistance.
This is possible only by stronger compression of the seat ring, and in this way part of the compressed material of the seat ring can be transferred via the fastener 38 to the body 37. When further released from the position shown by the dotted line in FIG. 8, the maximum compression area of the seat ring
After passing through the area, a very quick and continuous snap-like opening movement takes place, and the last contact point of the seat ring becomes available in the manner of a recoil movement with respect to the valve body. In a position between Figures 7b and 7c, the opening movement is caused by the sheet song.
This occurs again in the position of Figure 7d, where the area of the rear sealing face in the opening direction comes into contact with the above-mentioned compression area and there is a new resistance.
A corresponding compression occurs. This is because the regions located in front or behind the valve in the opening direction have completely similar positions with respect to the seat ring. In order to obtain the fully open position shown in Figure 7e,
The valve body having a radius of
Repulsion or repulsion occurs. When the valve is closed, the conditions that exist with the process moat are completely opposite. Of course, before
Release snap when complete or almost complete separation from the seat ring occurs.
The top operation is the most noteworthy. This may be indicated in a clear manner in a clearly recognizable way, such as when closing or opening a valve.
This also means that the valve body or its open or closed position is
It has the notable advantage of ensuring that it does not move easily. According to the invention, the above-mentioned feature is achieved in that the transition region between said sealing surface 25 and said flat surface 26 has a bending radius r smaller than the bending radius r2 of the sealing surface 25.
If so, it will be achieved in the most advantageous manner. In the actual example, this also applies to both of the above songs.
r = 3 mm with the following values: rl = Iomm and r2 = 13 mm. In this case, rl is the bending radius of the partially spherical sealing surface 25, while rl is the maximum operating radius of the valve body. The ratio between r:rI:rl is therefore 3:10:13. Of course, each of the above variables can be varied within a small range, such as a 20% decrease and a 20% increase individually.
I can do that. Due to the lid 32 and its special design, in which the hair ring bin 31 is provided at its inner end, automatic assembly is possible without any problems. To do this, the spindle 10, the attached sliding plate 12 and the O-ring are inserted through the hole in the widened projection 34.
The valve body can then be inserted in a similar manner. The position of the groove 16 in the control end 14 for attachment can be determined by first designing the insertion tool (not shown) or it can be more or less identical in shape to the tongue 18 and the pin 19. , Second, the predetermined position is determined by Han I.
This can be easily determined by easily holding and adjusting the spindle precisely in position. Next, the valve body 20 is inserted, but the hole 29 and arm 28 are left in place as required.
A precise insertion position can be occupied by a suitable insertion tool, with the result that the tongue 18 and the bottle 19 can be safely guided into said mounting control end of the spindle.
It becomes. A carrier member (not shown) then holds the valve body in its closed or open position.
Meanwhile, the bottle 31 enters into the hole 29 by screwing down the lid. In conjunction with this or even earlier, parts 36, 41 and 45 can be inserted from the connecting end 5, and these can be easily and quickly fixed. It is also possible to insert the seal carrier 41 in a freely floating state in the flow path.
This is advantageous, on the one hand, allowing automatic installation, and on the other hand, rapid overpressure
By moving the seal ring slightly in the direction of the valve body and compressing the seal ring, it is possible to prevent pressure impact on each part of the flow path even slightly. In extreme cases, a design with a seat as shown above, a sealing carrier and a locking ring may be used.
The gauge may also be used as a safety device for extreme overpressure in the flow path containing the valve body, in which case, for example, an extreme pressure shock may affect the sealing ring with the sealing carrier and this Or compress the seal ring and move the rock song 45,
