路に、第２抵抗と分流用第２トランジスタと第３
抵抗との直列回路を並列接続して上記第１、第２
トランジスタにて第１カレントミラー回路を構成
すると共に、第１、第２抵抗側に定電流源を接続
して第３抵抗側を接地し、かつ、上記第２抵抗と
第２トランジスタとの接続点に第３トランジスタ
のベースを接続してそのエミツタを接地したバン
ドギヤツプ回路と、上記定電流源と第３トランジ
スタのコレクタとの間に分流用第４トランジスタ
を挿入し、定電流源にエミツタを接続した駆動用
第５トランジスタとで構成した第２カレントミラ
ー回路と、上記第３、第４トランジスタの接続点
と定電流源との間にベース、エミツタを挿入して
コレクタを接地したシヤント用第６トランジスタ
とを具備し、上記第５トランジスタと接地間に第
７トランジスタを挿入して第１、第２トランジス
タにカレントミラー接続したことを特徴とする基
