Conventional Technology When constructing buildings and houses, it has long been common practice to install insulation materials on walls and ceilings in order to improve the effectiveness of heating and cooling systems. In this case, insulation materials that are pre-formed into plate shapes, such as styrofoam boards, have the advantage of being easy to install and can be completed within a short period of time, as well as guaranteeing the quality and uniformity of the installation. It has become widely popular in recent years.

However, plate-shaped insulation materials also have problems in use that are not present in irregularly shaped insulation materials such as glass wool. In other words, the problem is how to finish the butt portions of the ends of the plate-shaped heat insulating material, which occur when covering a wide wall or ceiling surface with a plate-shaped heat insulating material, without gaps, and to reduce heat transfer through the gaps. As a solution to this problem, there is a method of making the ends of the plates square-shaped in cross-section and performing a butt-type connection. However, unlike wood, the edges of plate-shaped insulation materials that have been processed into shapes are soft and easily chipped. It is susceptible to damage such as caving in, cracking, and missing. Additionally, if the joint connection is located between pillars and is not fixed, the ends may separate due to warping of the boards, and the purpose of the joint structure may not be fully achieved. .

Means for Solving the Problems The insulating material connector provided by the present invention consists of one or more intermediate bent pieces and a pair of flat plate parts, which are formed by cutting and bending a single metal or plastic plate. The pair of flat plate parts are connected by an intermediate bent piece with at least some of them facing each other, and the intermediate bent pieces are each equidistant from the boundary with the flat plate part. It is characterized by being bent in opposite directions at two bent portions located at the positions of.

Function The heat insulating material connector of the present invention has its square-shaped intermediate bent piece interposed in the joint joint of the plate-shaped heat insulating material, and the plate-like heat insulating material near the joint part is held between the two flat plate parts. This is to fix the decision structure. When fixing the heat insulating material to a pillar, etc., do so indirectly by fixing this connector with a nail or the like.

Embodiment FIG. 1 shows one embodiment of the invention, and FIG. 2 shows another embodiment of the invention. In the example shown in FIG. 1, concave flat plate portions 1 and 2 arranged parallel to each other are connected by a square bent piece 3. In the example shown in FIG. 2, convex flat plate portions 4 and 5 arranged parallel to each other are connected by square-shaped intermediate bent pieces 6 and 7. To further explain the example in Figure 1, as shown in Figure 3,
A portion 3a from the bending position 8 to the upper end of the intermediate bent piece 3 and a portion 3 from the bending position 9 to the lower end
b has the same length L 1 and L 2 and is perpendicular to the flat plate portions 1 and 2. As a result, flat plate parts 1 and 2
are parallel to each other, but not completely opposite,
They face each other in a slightly shifted state in the bending direction of the square-shaped intermediate bent piece 3 (left-right direction in FIG. 3). L 1
The distance between the two flat plate parts, which is +L 2 , is made equal to the thickness of the plate-shaped heat insulating material to be connected using this connector (the above-mentioned feature appearing in Fig. 3 is due to the This is also common to the example in Figure 2.)
The flat plate parts 1, 2, 4, and 5 have claw-like protrusions P and nail holes N made by processing a part thereof, but these are not essential to the connector of the present invention.

Both of the above two examples were made by processing a single rectangular steel plate. FIG. 4 is a developed view of the example shown in FIG. 1, with solid lines indicating cutting lines and broken lines indicating bending lines. The broken line a is a bending line that forms the boundary 13 between the flat plate part 1 and the intermediate bent piece 3, and the broken line b is a bending line that forms the boundary 23 between the flat plate part 2 and the intermediate bent piece 3. Moreover, the broken line c is a bending line that becomes the bending part 8, and the broken line d is a bending line that becomes the bending part 9. The distance between dashed lines a to c is equal to L 1 in FIG. 3, and the distance between dashed lines b to d is equal to L 2 in FIG. 3.

Next, usage will be explained using the example shown in FIG.
As shown in FIG. 5, one end surface of a plate-shaped heat insulating material (styrene foam plate) 12 is processed to have a square end face 11 that matches the bent shape of the square intermediate bent piece 3 in order to form a joint. 11 is the connecting tool 10 shown in FIG.
The square-shaped intermediate bent piece 3 is aligned, and at the same time, the plate-shaped heat insulating material 12 is held between about half of the flat plate parts 1 and 2 (the claw-like projections P are embedded in the plate-shaped heat insulating material 12,
The connector 10 does not easily fall off from the plate-shaped heat insulating material 12. ) In this way, set an appropriate interval (approximately 30
Connect the connector 10 to the end surface 11 with a length of approximately 200 cm (preferably about 200 cm). After this, or prior to this,
When the joint connection part is located at a pillar, the connecting tool 10 is nailed to the pillar using the nail hole N. Flat plate parts 1, 2
Since they are not perfectly opposed to each other but are offset as described above, nails can be driven without being interfered with by the flat plate on the opposite side. Next, the other plate-shaped heat insulating material 13 to be coupled is approached from the side, and the same bonding state as that between the plate-shaped heat insulating material 12 and the coupling tool 10 is established between this heat insulating material and the coupling tool 10. bring about a condition. FIG. 6 shows the joint connection structure completed as described above, in which 14 is a column and 15 is a nail (the method of using the connectors in FIG. 2 is exactly the same).

Effects of the invention Since the insulating material connector of the present invention has the above-mentioned configuration and method of use, when it is used, the union structure connection of the plate-shaped insulating materials is ensured, and the connection between the plate-shaped insulating materials is ensured. The heat transfer through the gaps is reduced and the effectiveness of the insulation material is significantly improved. In addition, if the plate-shaped insulation material is fixed to a pillar etc. at the joint connection part, there is no need to nail directly to the plate-shaped insulation material, so there is no chance of damaging the plate-shaped insulation material when fixing it. Moreover, the fixation is ensured. The heat insulating material connector of the present invention can be manufactured by simply cutting and bending a single plate, and another major feature is that it can be used at an extremely low cost.
