は、全突出位置から没入位置に錠杆を移動させる
機能と、不完全突出位置で係止具により係止され
た錠杆の前記係止を解除する解除具としての機能
のために共用でき、従つて2つの機能を別の部材
で行うものに比して、構造が簡易化される。
