合し先端部に二個のスイッチ操作部を有するスイッチ操
作片をフレームに摺動移動可能なるよう支持させ、かつ
二個のスイッチ操作部によりそれぞれ作動される可動ル
ーフの前方スライド時のストップ用リミットスイッチ及
び可動ルーフのチルトダウン時のストップ用リミットス
イッチを、可動ルーフの前方スライド時のストップ用リ
ミットスイッチが作動されたとき、他方のチルトダウン
時のストップ用リミットスイッチが作動直前の状態にな
るようフレームに配設し、両リミットスイッチの作動に
より可動ルーフの前方スライド時及びチルトダウン時に
可動ルーフ駆動用ワイヤを駆動する電動モータ等の駆動
源を停止させ可動ルーフの全閉作動を行なわせるように
構成し、これにより、的確なる可動ルーフの全閉状態を
自動的に保持できるようにするとともに、小型コンパク
ト化を図ったものである。

【特許請求の範囲】 〔1〕駆動部によつて前進後退移動し、一端をリッドに
結合して、当該リッドの開閉を行うギアードワイヤの位
置をリミットスイッチを用いて検出する自動車の電動サ
ンルーフ用位置検出装置において、ギアードワイヤの通
路に対して進入退出自在となるレバー部と、前記レバー
部と一体に変位し、変位位置によってリミットスイッチ
のスイッチノブを直接操作可能な作用部を有し、かつス
プリング部材によって進入方向に付勢される伝達部材を
配設してなることを特徴とする自動車の電動サンルーフ
