この考案は、オートバイのチエンアジヤスター

オートバイでは、エンジンのスプロケツトと後
輪のスプロケツトをチエンで連結して駆動してい
る。チエンは使用に伴つて伸びができ、弛んでく
るので、後輪のスプロケツト即ち後車軸を後側に
移動させて、チエンの張り具合を調節する必要が
ある。このチエンアジヤスターには、大別して二
種の方法がある。一つは、後車軸に通したチエン
引きをネジ軸にしてナツトを螺合し、後ホークの
長孔に沿つて、後車軸を後側に移動させるもので
あるが、左右の調節が均一にでき難い。今一つ
は、実開昭53−39945号公報に示されるように、
アジヤストカムを後車軸に通し、アジヤストカム
の回動位置で後車軸の位置を調節するものであ
る。この場合は、中空後ホークに後車軸を通す
と、後車軸を締着したとき後ホークが変形してし
まうので、後ホーク後端に厚板の車軸金具を溶着
しなければならず、軽合金の場合、特に溶接コス
トが高くて製造コストが高くつく不便がある。

後ホーク1は、断面角形のパイプ材でできてい

後方向に延びる長孔からなる車軸受孔2に後輪3
の後車軸4を通して締着するようにしてある。そ

のスプロケツト6とをチエン7で連結して駆動す
る。ところで、上記後ホーク1の後端開口部内に
挿入装着する塞ぎ片10には、車体の前後方向に
延びる長孔8を設け、この長孔8内にスペーサー
筒9を挿入しその塞ぎ片10を後ホーク1の後端
開口部内に挿入し、そのスペーサ筒9と車軸受孔
2とを合わせる。又後ホーク1の車軸受孔2の前
方外側に、カムストツパー11を突設溶着する。
アジヤストカム12は、外周が偏芯カムになつて
いて、後車軸4に通す。後車軸は、アジヤストカ
ム12を通し、後ホーク1の車軸受孔2に通し、
スペーサー筒9に通して、ナツトで後ホーク1に
締着する。

の後端開口内に挿入装着するとともに、後ホーク
の車軸受孔とスペーサ筒とを合わせ、その車軸受
孔とスペーサ筒内に後車軸を挿入締着するように
したので中空の後ホークの長孔に後車軸を通して
締着しても、スペーサー筒が介在しているので、
後ホークが変形することがなく、スペーサー筒も
塞ぎ片に保持されて脱落することもなく、アジヤ
ストカム型のチエンアジヤスターが用いられて、
安価に製作できる。
