対の菊座16,17に貫通する第1操作ハンドル
20を回転操作することにより操縦ハンドル4
を、縦軸支点X周りに旋回させて前後に向き変更
自在にすると共に、左右一対の2組の菊座18,
19に貫通する第2操作ハンドル21を回転操作
することにより操縦ハンドル4を、横軸支点Y周
りに揺動させて操縦ハンドル4の上下角度を変更
