該モータの回転軸に固嵌された偏心カムシヤフト
と、前記ケース内に配設され、かつ前記モータの
回転軸を中心とする内歯を有する内歯歯車と、前
記偏心カムシヤフトに相対回転可能として外嵌さ
れ、かつ前記内歯歯車の内歯の歯数よりわずかに
少ない歯数の外歯をもつて、前記内歯歯車と噛合
し、前記偏心カムシヤフトの回転により、偏心運
動しつつ、前記内歯歯車に対して内サイクロイド
運動する外歯歯車と、前記外歯歯車と係合して、
該外歯歯車により回転させられる出力部材とを備
