Claims (1)
- 対向する一対の電極の一方を冷却側とし、他方
を加熱側として、これら電極への通電方向を変え
ることによつて前記冷却側と加熱側とを逆転させ
ることができる半導体によつて構成されたサーモ
モジユールと、該サーモモジユールを制御する電
源と、液温を感知してサーモモジユールに伝達す
るセンサーと、前記サーモモジユールに結合され
て発熱を液に伝える熱伝導板及びサーモモジユー
ルの熱を放散する放熱板とから構成したことを特
徴とする液温安定装置。
