Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 積分回路の積分電圧が、積分開始時点からデジ
タル変換すべき入力電圧に等しくなるまでに要す
る時間隔を、基準パルス数として算出し、この算
出基準パルス数を前記入力電圧のデジタル値とし
て出力するようになつた単一積分型Ａ／Ｄ変換器
において、 前記積分開始時点からの前記基準パルス数が予
め設定された個数に達した時点における前記積分
回路の積分電圧を検出する積分電圧検出手段と、
検出された前記積分電圧と予め設定された個数の
前記基準パルス数に対応する目標積分電圧との誤
差を演算する誤差演算手段と、演算された誤差を
解消する方向に、前記積分回路の充電電流値を補
正する充電電流制御手段とを有することを特徴と
する単一積分型Ａ／Ｄ変換器。
