Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 回路基盤の一部分に検知素子及び前記検知
素子と回路の配線とを連結するリード線を設け、
前記検知素子と前記リード線の周囲にはガス流入
空間を形成し、前記空間を風防キヤツプで覆つた
ことを特徴とするガスセンサ。 (2) 請求項１に記載のガスセンサにおいて、前
記ガス流入空間は前記回路基盤の表面から裏面へ
抜ける貫通部分であり、前記リード線が前記貫通
部分の周縁部を橋渡しして前記検知素子を支持し
ていることを特徴とするガスセンサ。 (3) 請求項１に記載のガスセンサにおいて、前
記ガス流入空間は前記回路基盤の表面に形成した
凹部であり、前記リード線が前記凹部の周縁部を
橋渡しして前記検知素子を支持していることを特
徴とするガスセンサ。 (4) 請求項１に記載のガスセンサにおいて、前
記ガス流入空間は前記回路基盤の表面に設けた複
数の突起に挟まれた空間であり、前記リード線が
前記複数の突起を橋渡しして前記検知素子を支持
していることを特徴とするガスセンサ。
