ツシヨンに関し、その油圧チエツク部における油
洩れ防止を企図したものである。

一般にオートマチツクトランスミツシヨンは、
トルクコンバータ、複数のクラツチ、ブレーキ等

変速段を得られるように構成された遊星歯車式変
速機構、上記摩擦要素に油圧を給排するための油
圧制御装置等から構成されており、各クラツチ、
ブレーキはそれぞれ係合用ピストン装置、サーボ
装置等を備えていて、そこに油圧が給排されるこ
とにより係合、解放が行われるようになつてい
る。従つて、オートマチツクトランスミツシヨン
を正常に動作させるためには各要素に所定圧力の
油圧が供給される必要があり、その油圧は外部か
らチエツクできるようにするのが望ましい。そこ
で従来は、第1図に示すように、ブレーキ1とブ
レーキ係合用のピストン9とを支持するセンタサ
ポート2をケーシング3に圧入して固定すると共
に、センタサポート2とピストン9との間に形成
された油圧サーボ用の油室4とケーシング3外部
とを連通させ、そこに油圧ゲージ(図示せず)を
取付けて油室4の油圧をチエツクできるようにし
ている。すなわち、ケーシング3には油圧ゲージ
を螺着するねじ穴3aを貫通して形成し、センタ
サポート2にはそのねじ穴3aと連通する油路2
aを形成しており、通常はねじ穴3aにチエツク
プラグ5を螺着して封止している。ところが、運
転中リバース時には本ブレーキ1に高圧力が作用
し、特に高温時には油の粘性が低くなつて、従来

ンタサポートと、上記ケーシングの上記センタサ
ポート圧入部に形成され油圧ゲージもしくはチエ
ツクプラグが装着可能なねじ穴と、上記センタサ
ポートの内部に配設され前記係合用ピストンの駆
動に供される油圧サーボ用の油室と、同油室と上
記ねじ穴部とを連通する油路とを備えたオートマ
チツクトランスミツシヨンにおいて、上記センタ
サポートの油路の上記ケーシング側開口を囲んで
その外周部にOリングを装着したことを特徴とす
