産業上の利用分野 本考案は、ウエツトテイツシユー等の包装袋に
関し、更に詳述すると包装袋本体に形成した内容
品取出口を繰り返し開閉し得る外蓋を設けてなる
包装袋に関する。 従来の技術 従来、ウエツトテイツシユー用の包装袋とし
て、第4図及び第5図に示したものが知られてい
る。即ち、この従来の包装袋は、内部に内容品
(ウエツトテイツシユー)aを包装する包装袋本
体bの一面に内容品取出口cを形成し、この取出
口cを覆つてシート状の外蓋dを設けてなるもの
である。この外蓋dはその裏面に感圧性接着剤層
eが形成されており、包装袋本体bの一面に剥離
可能に接着されている。この場合、外蓋dにはそ
の長さ方向一端側に幅方向両端縁からかぎ状に切
目f,fが形成されており、外蓋dの長さ方向他
端部の舌片gを持つて外蓋dの長さ方向一端部に
向けて引張ることにより外蓋dが包装袋本体bか
ら剥離され、取出口cが開口すると共に、更に外
蓋dが切目f,fに沿つて剥離し、包装袋本体b
に対する外蓋dの剥離部分が幅方向両端縁よりも
内側に存する切目f,fの先端部f′,f′に至ると、
包装袋本体bに対して外蓋dを剥離する力よりも
切目f,fの外側部分h,hを含む外蓋dの長さ
方向一端部分iの接着力が強くなるため、外蓋d
の剥離が停止し、外蓋d全体が包装袋本体bから
剥離することが防止される。この状態で内容品a
を取り出し、その後再び一部剥離した外蓋dを包
装袋本体bに接着することにより、取出口cを閉
塞するものである。 しかし、この従来の包装袋は、その外蓋dを開

が生じる。 また、上記第4図及び第5図に示された包装袋
において、切目f,fを設けずに外蓋dの長さ方
向一端部分iを熱接着により固着したものもある
が、このような包装袋は、当然包装袋本体bの当
該部分に熱接着可能な樹脂層を形成する必要があ
り、この場合一般に熱接着層を部分的に形成する
ことが困難であるため、外表面全体を熱接着層で
被覆するので、包装袋製袋時における包装袋端縁
等の熱接着工程において、本体の熱収縮時、外観
不良を生じる場合があり、また熱接着層を一層余
分に形成するため、製品の価格高を招くことにも
なる。しかも、外蓋dも熱接着可能な材質のもの
を使用しなければならず、強度の大きいポリエス
テル、ナイロン等の熱接着が困難なものは使用で
きず、これらを使用する場合は同様に熱接着層を
一層余分に設けることが必要となる。 更に、このように外蓋の長さ方向一端部分を熱
接着或いは強接着力の接着剤で外蓋を強固に固着
した場合、外蓋を誤つて強く引張ると、外蓋の全
面剥離は生じないが、かえつてその分その強い剥
離力によつて包装袋本体が破れるおそれがある。 考案が解決しようとする問題点 本考案は、上記事情に鑑みなされたもので、外
蓋を何回開閉させても外蓋や包装袋本体を破るよ
うなことがなく、取出口を繰り返し確実に開閉す
ることができ、また外蓋の取り付けに熱接着法を
必要とせず、外蓋や包装袋本体の材質を考慮する
必要がなく、安価にかつ外蓋を体裁よく貼着する
ことができるウエツトテイツシユー等の包装袋を
提供することを目的とする。 問題点を解決するための手段 即ち、本考案は上記目的を達成するため、包装
袋本体の一面に内容品取出口を形成すると共に、
この取出口を覆つて裏面に接着剤層を形成したシ
ート状外蓋を剥離可能に接着してなる包装袋にお
いて、外蓋一端側の接着剤層を接着力400〜
3000g/cmの感圧性接着剤にて形成すると共に、
残りの接着剤層を接着力200〜800g/cmの感圧性
接着剤にて形成し、かつ前記外蓋一端側の接着剤
層の接着力を残りの接着剤層の接着力の2倍以上
に形成して、外蓋の他端より外蓋を包装袋本体よ
り剥離する際、外蓋一端側の強接着力を有する接
着剤層において外蓋の剥離が停止するようにした
ものである。 なお、本発明でいう接着力は、JIS Z 0237
(1980)の粘着テープ・粘着シート試験方法の
180°剥離試験による値である。 作 用 本考案の包装袋は、包装袋本体の内容品取出口
に裏面全面に接着剤層を形成したシート状外蓋を
剥離及び再接着可能に設けるにあたり、上記外蓋
の一端側を他の部分より強力な接着剤によつて接
着することにより、外蓋を他端側から剥離する場
合に外蓋が該接着部分で停止するように構成し、
内蓋が切断して再封口が不可能になることを防止
したものである。 即ち、本考案においては、本質的には外蓋の一
端側を包装袋本体に完全に固着させず、基本的に
は外蓋全体を包装袋本体に剥離可能に設けたもの
で、実際本考案においては3000g/cm以上の剥離
力で剥離すれば、外蓋全体が包装袋本体から剥離
するものである。而して、本考案の包装袋はかか
る構成において、通常の剥離力においては外蓋の
一端側で外蓋の剥離を確実に停止させるべく、外
蓋一端側の接着剤層を接着力400〜3000g/cmの
感圧性接着剤にて形成すると共に、残りの接着剤
層を接着力200〜800g/cmの感圧性接着剤にて形
成し、かつ前記外蓋一端側の接着剤層の接着力を
残りの接着剤層の接着力の2倍以上に形成したも
のである。 従つて、本考案によれば、外蓋の接着剤層の一
端側が残りの接着剤層よりも接着力が強く形成さ
れているので、外蓋の他端部より外蓋を引張り、
外蓋を包装袋本体より剥離する場合、外蓋が他端
部から剥離されて前記強接着力の接着剤層に至る
と、この接着剤層の接着力が外蓋の剥離力、即
ち、前記残りの接着剤層の接着力よりも強いこと
により、確実に強接着力の接着剤層形成箇所にお
いて剥離が停止し、この状態において内容品を取
り出した後、再度外蓋の剥離部分を包装袋本体に
接着して取出口を閉塞し得ると共に、このような
外蓋の開閉をひんぱんに繰り返しても、従来の包
装袋のような切目の形成による外蓋一端部の固着
態様とは異なり、切目が形成されていないので外
蓋や包装袋本体が破れることがなく、使用性に優
れたものである。 この場合、外蓋一端側をより強力な接着力の接
着剤や熱接着などによつて実質的に剥離不可能に
強く固着した場合、誤つて外蓋を強く剥離する
と、上述したように外蓋一端側において外蓋が剥
離しない分、かえつてその強い剥離力によつて包
装袋本体に強い応力が与えられ、包装袋本体、特
にその取出口の一端側が破れるおそれがあるが、
本考案の包装袋においては、外蓋を誤つて強く剥
離した場合は、上述したように外蓋全体が剥離す
るだけで、包装袋本体が破れ難いものである。そ
して、このように外蓋全体が包装袋本体から剥離
しても、外蓋の接着剤層は感圧性接着剤により形
成されているので、再接着が可能で、再度外蓋を
包装袋本体に貼着することにより、繰り返し再使
用することができる。 しかも、本考案において、外蓋の接着剤層は感
圧性接着剤にて形成されているので、外蓋を単に
包装袋本体に貼り付けるだけでよく、熱接着の必
要もないため、外蓋の取り付けが容易であると共
に、包装袋本体や外蓋の貼着部に熱接着可能な樹
脂層等を形成する必要がなく、このためにコスト
的に有利な上、包装袋製袋時における包装袋本体
の端縁部の熱接着工程において、上記樹脂層の熱
収縮等による外観不良を引き起こすようなことも
ない。 以下、本考案の一実施例につき第1図乃至第3
図を参照して説明する。 実施例 図中1は包装袋本体であり、この包装袋本体1
は適宜なシート状包装材料の幅方向両端部を重ね
合わせて熱接着2aすると共に、長さ方向両端部
内面をそれぞれ熱接着2b,2bした密封の四角
平袋状に形成され、内部にウエツトテイツシユー
等の内容品3が収容されている。前記本体1の一
面中央部には舌状の内容品取出口4が形成されて
おり、この取出口4を覆つて長四角形状のプラス
チツクシートからなる外蓋5が設けられている。
この外蓋5の裏面には、その長さ方向一端側に強
接着力を有する感圧性接着剤層6が形成されてい
ると共に、残りの部分にはこれよりも弱い接着力
の感圧性接着剤層7が形成され、かつこの弱接着
力の接着剤層7のほぼ中央部には、前記取出口4
に相応した形状を有する保護シート8が接着さ
れ、外蓋5にはこの保護シート8が取出口4に対
応するように前記本体1の一面に剥離可能に接着
してある。 この場合、強接着力の接着剤層6は、ポリエス
テル系などの感圧性接着剤又はアクリル系もしく
はゴム系の感圧性接着剤にて形成され、また弱接
着力の接着剤層7は、アクリル系もしくはゴム系
の感圧性接着剤にて形成される。また、強接着力
の接着剤層6の接着力は400〜3000g/cm、特に
600〜3000g/cm、弱接着力の接着剤層7の接着
力は200〜800g/cm、特に200〜600g/cmとし、
かつ前者の接着力を後者の接着力の2倍以上とす
るものであり、これにより弱接着力の接着剤層7
の本体1に対する接着がなされ、かつ本体1から
の剥離が容易になされると共に、強接着力の接着
剤層6における剥離停止が確実になされる。 なお、強接着力の接着剤層6の厚さは20〜
200μ、特に30〜100μ、弱接着力の接着剤層7の
厚さは20〜80μ、特に30〜50μとすることができ
る。 また、包装袋本体1の形成に用いる材料は、特
に限定されるものではないが、ポリエステル、ナ
イロン等のプラスチツクフイルムの内面にアルミ
ニウム箔などの金属箔層を形成し、更にその内面
にポリエチレン、エチレン系共重合体、ポリプロ
ピレン等の熱接着性樹脂を積層した複合材料を用
いることができ、外蓋の形成にはポリエステル、
ナイロン等のプラスチツクフイルムを用いること
もできる。 この包装袋本体1内の内容品3を取り出す場合
は、外蓋5の長さ方向他端部に設けられた舌片9
を持つて長さ方向一端部方向に向けて引張るもの
で、これにより外蓋5の弱接着力の感圧性接着剤
層7が形成された他端部側から外蓋5が剥離さ

体が包装袋本体から剥離して包装袋本体の破れが
防止され、外蓋や包装袋本体を破ることがなく、
繰り返し良好に開閉操作を行うことができる。 また、外蓋は感圧性接着剤を用いているため単
に貼着するだけで包装袋本体に取り付けることが
でき、熱接着の必要もなく、外蓋の取り付けが容
易であると共に、包装袋本体や外蓋の貼着部に熱
接着可能な樹脂層を形成する必要がなく、従つて
その材料も制限されず、安価に製造することがで
きると共に、貼着が熱収縮等の外観不良を生じさ
せることなく、体裁よく行なわれる。
