に向うテーパ面8Bと係合爪8Aが設けられてい

に係合するようにする。このとき係止部材7に設
けられた複数の係合片8もスプリングカバー2に
設けられた係止部材挿通孔6における複数の切欠
部6Aを通して内部に挿通されることになる。従
つて、この状態で前記ブツシユ4の回転用に用い
られた治具を除去すると、係止部材7に設けられ
た複数の係合片8の先端係合爪8Aがスプリング
カバー2底面に設けられた挿通孔6の切欠部6A
のベルト巻取り方向内壁面に係合されるため、リ
ターンスプリングの付勢力が保持されたサブ組立
てラインの取付けが完了することになる。この状
態で巻取装置のメイン組立てラインに搬送されて
スプリングカバー2を例えばベルト巻取装置本体
の側板11に取り付けた後、安全ベルト10がベ
ルト巻取り方向に巻回されるようにシヤフト5の
方形状先端部5Aをブツシユ4の嵌合溝4F内に
挿通することによつて、第2図に示したような装
置が組立てられる。しかる後、係止部材7を除去
すれば、安全ベルト10には所望の巻取り力が付
与されることになる。この係止部材7を除去する
には把持部7Bを持つてベルト引出し方向に回動
すればよい。このようにすれば係合片8のテーパ
面8Bがガイドとなつてスライドし、円滑に除去
できる。係止部材7を除去した後は適宜形状の蓋
を挿通孔6に取付けておけばよい。尚、9はシヤ
フト5に取付けられたラチエツト板である。

プリングに前記ブツシユを係止させてリターン
スプリングに付勢力を与えた状態で前記係止部
材をスプリングカバーの円形状挿通孔に挿入
し、この係止部材の係合用突起をブツシユの係
合用凹溝に係合させると共に、前記係合片を円
形状挿通孔に設けられた切欠部内壁面に係合す
るように取付けたことを特徴とする安全ベルト
巻取装置。 (2) 前記係合片は、ベルト巻取方向に沿つて突出
するテーパ面を備えていることを特徴とする実
