(Prior art) As this type of fishing method and fishing gear, for example, a fishing method has been introduced in the industry that uses a fishing light and bait to gather fish, and then opens the suction pipe of a fishing pump at the bottom of the fishing light to suck it up. has been done. However, in reality, the agility and motility of the fish means that they cannot be sucked up as expected, and because the catch is not high, the fish cannot be used and is only a theoretical theory.

Fishing pumps are used to capture schools of fish with nets, scoop nets, etc., sandwich the net to deprive the fish of their agility and mobility, and then insert a suction pipe into the net to suck up the fish. used in Therefore, even if a fishing pump is actually used, the equipment such as purse seine or scoop net for catching schools of fish is extremely exaggerated, and not only does a special fleet have to be assembled, but it is also difficult to handle it. Requires many workers,
There is a problem that workability is poor.

(Structure of the Invention) The present invention, which has been made to achieve the above object, provides a sink and a sink equipped with a guide port that moves in a floating state in the sea along the side of a ship in accordance with the tide flow and the movement of the ship. At the same time, a net body having a fishing section and a fishing section is set, and a fence net of a predetermined length is stretched from the guide port with a float and a sinker, and a fishing net with a suction port opened in the fishing section is placed on the boat. The fishing pump is equipped with a fishing pump, and guides the school of fish along the fence net to the main body of the net using a guiding means such as a light, and further guides the school of fish from the guiding port to the pooling part, funnel part, and fishing part. This method provides a fishing method characterized by sucking up fish from a suction port with a pump, and since the fishing school can be guided to the main body of the net along the fence, the fish collection efficiency is improved in the wide ocean. Schools of fish that are high and guided into the main body of the net lose their agility and mobility in the funnel section and fishing section, so they can be efficiently sucked up by the fishing pump one after another. In addition, a specific configuration for carrying out this method is to stretch a net over at least one surface of a rectangular frame body of a predetermined size to form a pool part, and to form a pool part on this one surface. The net body is formed by connecting the fishing part with the fishing part, and the suction port of the suction pipe connected to the fishing pump is opened in the fishing part, and the net is stretched on a part of the fishing side. Provided is a fishing device characterized in that a guide port is provided by opening the guide port, and a predetermined length of fence net is connected to the guide port to adjust the net structure with floats and sinkers, The structure of the main body of the net through which schools of fish are guided is formed by a catchment part, a funnel part, and a fishing part, and the introduction port is formed by opening a part of the net stretched around the periphery. Its structure is simple, and since the net body takes away the agility and mobility of the fish that have been guided, it is easy to suck up the fish with a fishing pump, and the provision of a fence net allows schools of fish to be caught in the net. It is possible to efficiently guide the fish in a sequential manner and increase the catch.

A guide port 9 is provided in one side of the net main body 1 on which the net is stretched, and a pickle net 10 is attached to the guide port to prevent the schools of fish guided to the accumulating portion 4 from escaping; Furthermore, connect it to the induction port 9,
A fence 11 of a predetermined length is continuously provided from the corner part of the square frame body. Floaters 12 are provided at predetermined intervals on the upper edge of this fence 11, and sinkers 13 are similarly attached to the lower edge, and for example, a sea anchor or depressor is attached to the free end side of the fence 11. etc. are attached to improve the mesh structure of the fence net 11. In addition, a plurality of floats 12 are attached to the upper edge of the rectangular frame body, so that the entire net body is in a floating state in the sea.

The fishing device of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 2 is the same as the first embodiment except that the guide port provided in the net body 1 is modified and the mounting position of the suction pipe is changed. Therefore, the same parts are given the same reference numerals and the explanation thereof will be omitted. In this second embodiment, a school of fish can be guided from either side of the fence net 11, and the fence net 11 is slightly extended into the catchment portion 4 to provide an extension portion 11a.
is the tension net 1 provided between the opposite corner part.
4 and cut out the nets on both sides of the fence net 11 to provide guide ports 9a and 9b on both sides.
0a and 10b are provided. With this configuration, even if a school of fish is found on either side of the fence net 11, it can be guided into the inside of the net body 1. In the figure, reference numeral 15 is a fishing light, and 16 is a light boat, both of which are lighting means.

(Function) To explain the method of catching fish using a fishing device with the above configuration, first, when the ship or ship A discovers a school of fish B using sonar etc. (see diagram A), it detects the direction of movement of the school of fish B. The fence net 11 is dropped into the sea under the tidal current A to be stretched, and the net body 1 is lowered to the side of the ship and set in the sea, and the ship is stopped and left to the tide to wait (see Figure B). Next, a light boat 16 equipped with a light means, that is, a light-based guidance means lights up a light to catch the fish school B.
While floating it, guide it toward the fence net 11 (see Figure C). Then, the light boat 16 gradually guides the school of fish B toward the net body 1 side along the fence net 11, and turns off the light near the net body 1, crossing the fence net 11 and leaving the fence net (see Figure D). At the same time, when the fish-collecting light 15 installed on the boat A is turned on, the school of fish that hit the fence net will be guided by the lit fish-collecting light 15 and enter the catchment part 4 of the net main body 1 through the guide port, and then go further into the trap. Part 5
and is invited to the fishing club 6. Once the fish have entered the pool 4, they cannot easily escape to the outside due to the presence of the funnel net 10, so they migrate within the pool 4 and reach the funnel and fish trap 6 at the same time. . Since the school of fish attracted to the fishing section 6 loses its agility and mobility, it is rapidly sucked up by the fishing pump 8 through the suction pipe 7 and landed into the boat. Inside the ship, the water and fish that are sucked up are easily separated using nets and gutters, and the seawater is allowed to flow directly into the sea.

In addition, in the case of the device of the second embodiment, when a school of fish is found on the subtidal side of the fence net 11, the light boat 16 guides the fish school from below the tide to the net. Fish can be caught by guiding the fish along the net toward the main body of the net. In this particular case, the fish can be guided from either direction without having to re-set the fishing equipment.

(Effect of the invention) As explained above, the fishing method according to the present invention is
A net body is set in a floating state on the ship's side, a fence net of a predetermined length is extended from the net body, and a school of fish is guided along the fence net by lighting means and invited into the net body,
The main body of the net consists of a fishing part, a fishing part, and a fishing part, and the suction port of the fishing pump is opened in the fishing part. Schools of desexualized fish are sucked up one after another by the pump, and the net has the excellent effect of being able to catch fish efficiently and reliably by riding the current while remaining in place without having to raise or lower the net. .

Furthermore, since the fishing device itself consists of a net with a net stretched over a rectangular frame of a predetermined size, a fence net, a fishing pump, and a lighting means, it is necessary to assemble a special fleet. It does not require any special hoisting equipment, has a simple structure, is easy to handle, and requires fewer workers. Since there is no lifting or dropping, fish schools can be caught in a natural state and quietly without being surprised and scattered, and it also has the excellent effect of reducing the number of personnel and the need for machinery and equipment.
