However, in order to replace them frequently, it is necessary to have something easy to use, but the ones currently on the market are not easy to use and are not necessarily cheap, so they have the disadvantage that they cannot be easily used. In addition, promoting blood circulation in the soles of the human body has been shown to be medically beneficial for improving health, but there has been no insole that promotes blood circulation through movement during walking. .

Adjacent paper strings are joined together with adhesive to form a plate-shaped insole main body, and on one side of this insole main body, other paper strings are arranged at regular intervals in an intersecting manner. A paper string is connected to one side of the insole main body, and the outer shape of the paper string arranged to intersect with the insole main body is made to correspond to the shape of the sole of the human body.

A large number of other paper strings 14 and 16 are connected to the upper and insole main bodies 12 arranged in a cross manner at regular intervals from each other on the side surfaces. In the illustrated case, the paper strings 14 and 16 are woven in a so-called plain weave style so that they are arranged in a cross-shaped manner, but the structure is not limited to this in any way. As shown in FIG. 3, paper strings 18 are provided in parallel at regular intervals on one side of the insole main body 12, and are bonded to the main body 12 with adhesive B. The paper strings 20 provided in the perpendicular direction may be fixed with adhesive B on the paper strings 18 which are connected to the main body 12 with a large number of paper strings 20 arranged at regular intervals. Needless to say, the angle between the two paper strings 18 and 20 which intersect is not limited to a right angle.

Good. Further, the paper strings 14 and 16 arranged in a crosswise manner can be freely joined by applying an adhesive to the intersection points between the two. Furthermore, as a means for joining the cross-shaped paper strings to one side of the insole main body 12, in addition to adhesive, partial stitching with thread or metal fitting may be considered. In this embodiment, paper string is used as the material, but fiber string may also be used.

予測できる。 The material may be a so-called single thread without twisting, and twisted material has excellent strength. The paper strings 14 and 16, which are provided in a cross-shape with the main body 12 for the insole, are provided so that their outer shape corresponds to the shape of the sole of the human body, similar to known insole materials. The strings 14 and 16 may be polymerized and cut using a press. Note that the insole main body 12 and the cross-shaped paper strings 14, 16 are not combined, but when used, the insole main body 12 is first inserted into the shoe, and the cross-shaped paper strings 14, 16 are placed on top of it. It is also fully foreseeable that it will be used in combination.

These paper strings 20 are bonded to the main body 12 using adhesive B. The other configurations are no different from the first embodiment.

Not only can it be produced at a low cost, the paper string has appropriate flexibility and hardness, so it has an elastic effect and is comfortable to use. Paper laces are also absorbent, so they absorb sweat and moisture, keeping the inside of the shoe clean.

It also promotes blood circulation in the soles of the feet, contributing to improved health. In addition, since the paper strings are arranged in a criss-cross pattern, there are many voids, so air can circulate inside the shoe even during use, and a dry state can be expected.
