本考案は、小型ハロゲン電球のアダプタの取着

従来のハロゲン電球におけるアダプタの取付構

口部乃至アダプタに設けた切欠溝から外部に導出

あり、この場合上記手段では取着孔をアダプタに
設ける事が出来ず、この場合はアダプタを用い
ず、接着剤を用い、ハロゲン電球のピンチシール
部をハウジング本体に埋入するという方法を採用
せねばならず、接着剤が外部に露出するという欠
点や外部リード棒の一方がハウジング本体の口縁
に溶接されるため、外観が悪くなるという欠点が
あつた。尚、アダプタとハロゲン電球との寸法に
相違が有り、アダプタに取着孔を穿設し、その取
着孔から垂設した左右一対の接続片にてピンチシ
ール部を挟持する場合、寸法精度の低いガラス製
のピンチシール部を独立した接続片にて挟持する
という構造であつたため、誤差が累積したり、挟
持片の強度にむらがあり、ハロゲン電球が時には
傾くと言う欠点があつた。本考案は、かかる従来
例の欠点に対処するためになされたもので、その
目的とするところは、ハロゲン電球のピンチシー
ル部とハウジング本体の内径とがほぼ同じ小型タ
イプのものでも正確且堅固に装着する事の出来る
