【発明の詳細な説明】[Detailed description of the invention]

本発明は、農薬原体及び粘土質担体を造粒して
製造する水面施用農薬粒剤について、水中崩壊拡
展性を改良したものである。 従来、水田等の除草、殺虫、殺菌を目的とし
て、農薬粒剤を水田に施用することが広く行われ
ている。このような農薬粒剤は一般にベントナイ
ト等の粘土質担体に農薬原体を混合して造粒する
か又は造粒した基粒に農薬原体を吸着又は被覆し
て製造され、水中に施用したとき速やかに崩壊拡
展することが必要である。ところで、粘土質担体
の種類、配合比により、また水の硬度が大きい場
合に、粒剤の水中崩壊拡展性が悪いことがある。
そのため製剤上の改良が望まれている。 本発明は、ポリアミノカルボン酸又はその塩の
キレート化合物と縮合燐酸塩とを含有する水中崩
壊拡展性の良好な農薬粒剤である。 ポリアミノカルボン酸又はその塩のキレート化
合物としては、例えば次の化合物があげられる。 エチレンジアミン四酢酸(EDTA) (HOCOCH22N−CH2CH2−N
(CH2COOH)2 ジエチレントリアミン五酢酸(DTPA) トリエチレンテトラアミン六酢酸(TTHA) ニトリロ三酢酸(NTA) N(CH2COOH)3 N−(2−ヒドロキシエチル)エチレンジアミン
三酢酸(HEDTA) これらポリアミノカルボン酸のアルカリ金属
塩、アルカリ土類金属塩、アミン塩もまた有効で
ある。 縮合燐酸塩としては、例えば次の化合物があげ

られ、添加量は粘土質担体に対し実用的には1〜
3%が用いられる。粉末のまゝ添加することもで
きるが、一般的には縮合燐酸塩を溶解した水中に
ポリアミノカルボン酸を徐々に加えて撹拌し、透
明にならない場合は酸又はアルカリでPHを6.5〜
8に調整して透明液とする。添加時期は造粒の適
宜の段階で添加される。 粘土質担体としては、ベントナイトのようなモ
ンモリロン石群鉱物が一般に用いられるが、炭酸
カルシウム、タルク、クレー、カオリン、セリサ
イト、硅藻土等の担体にも使用することができ、
通常はベントナイトにこれら担体が併用される。
また、リグニンスルホン酸塩、アルキルベンゼン
スルホン酸塩、ポリビニールアルコール等を種々
の目的で添加配合して用いられる。 粒剤は通常の方法で製造され、担体、固体農薬
原体及び崩壊拡展剤を混合、混和、造粒、乾燥、
整粒して製造されるか、担体及び崩壊拡展剤を混
合、混和、造粒、乾燥、整粒して基粒を製造し、
この基粒に液体農薬原体を吸着又は原体農薬原体
