FIG. 5 shows a conventional unfolded sheet of a file box, and FIG. 6 shows a file box formed by folding the unfolded sheet of FIG. The unfolded sheet has a rear wall portion 31, a side wall portion 32, a front wall portion 33, an adhesive side wall 39, and a glue margin portion 34, which are connected via folding lines 35, 36, 37, and 38, respectively. In addition, in the figure, a combination tongue piece 51 is attached to the lower side of the rear wall 31 via a folding line 312 and attached to the side wall 3.
2, the combination tongue piece 52 is attached to the lower side of the front wall 33 via the folding line 322, the combining tongue piece 53 is attached to the lower side of the front wall 33 via the folding line 332, and the folding line 392 is attached to the lower side of the adhesive side wall 39. Combination tongue pieces 54 are respectively present therebetween. These combination tongue pieces are combined to form the bottom, and may have any shape.

In such conventional file boxes, the heading section is usually provided on the side wall, and the heading is printed or pasted with paper. In addition, as shown in FIG. 7, there was one in which a synthetic resin transparent sheet 70 was welded to the side wall at the dotted line A, so that the heading paper could be inserted and removed.

However, if you use something with prints or paper pasted on the side walls, once you use it for another purpose, you will have to add or remove paper, and you will also have to affix a transparent sheet. The disadvantages of the tsuta-mono were that the manufacturing process of pasting the sheet was time-consuming and that the gap between the transparent sheet and the side wall was small, making it difficult to insert and remove the heading paper.

Means for Solving the Problem In this invention, the adhesive side walls are bonded to each other with a letter-shaped spacing piece interposed between them, so the spacing piece increases the gap between both side walls, making it easier to insert and remove the heading paper. This is what I did.

Embodiment FIG. 1 shows a spread sheet 10 of a file box of this invention. This is much the same as in FIG. 5, but with a folding line 37 there is provided an adhesive sidewall 30 which is glued to the adhesive sidewall 39 so that it will be on the outside when the box is formed.

FIG. 3 shows the box part assembled, with the adhesive side walls 30 and 39 interposed with a spacing piece 60 with its open end oriented in the same direction as the open end of the box, and its leg pieces 61, 62 and downwards. Since the bottom piece 63 and the bottom piece 63 are glued together at the same time, when the box is assembled, the gap between the spacing pieces 61 and 62 forms a heading part, and the adhesive side wall of the heading part is glued together. The gap K between them becomes wider by the spacer piece 60. FIG. 4 is an explanatory diagram of the bonded state, and shows the bonded side walls 30 and 3.
A spacing piece 60 is interposed between 9 and leg pieces 61 and 62 are present between both adhesive side walls, and the gap K is widened to facilitate the insertion and removal of heading sheets and the like. Furthermore, the bottom piece 63 of the spacing piece 60 serves as the bottom of the gap, and also prevents the heading paper from falling downward.

Effects Since this invention has such a structure, the heading part is formed at the same time as the box is assembled, and the heading paper etc. can be easily inserted and removed from the heading part.
