The paper surface used as a packaging container can be made large compared to the thickness of the paper used as a material, the surface can be decorated with any beautiful decorative pattern, and it is easy to mold and the manufacturing cost is low. It is different from plastic boxes and wooden boxes in that it is low in weight, etc.;
be a sign. In other words, to make the paper surface 7, first, punch out the entire paperboard material into a predetermined shape, and at the same time make the crease υ. Then, fold the facing material along each face crease and join it. Finish by pasting it on. By the way, the paper surface is just a packaging container, and it only functions as a box once the contents are fully placed in it. Before the contents are stored, it is just a window surface.

Therefore, the volume of the paper in this state is large compared to the price of the paper itself, so is the paper size relative to the price? The cost of stocking and transporting the product is much higher than other products, and this is ultimately added to the paper price.

Also, is it a product every time a product sells like in a retail store? In the case of a paper format, the space that the product occupies on the sales floor is even larger than the entire page. There were problems such as having to secure it in order to stock it.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, a method of folding the paper seven times has been attempted. However, as already mentioned, is the paper surface a joint? This type of foldable paper has to be affixed in advance, so the shape and size of the material paper are naturally limited, and the material paper used must be relatively thin. However, the paper surface is limited to those that are small in shape, or those that are not subject to slight deformation during use.

The present invention has been developed in view of the above-mentioned points, and for paper surfaces such as cake boxes, which have relatively high-quality contents and are made of thick paper that is difficult to deform.
The joints can be assembled without gluing, making assembly extremely easy, and before use, it can be unfolded in the state of the surface material and the contents can be easily stored. When storing
1.Assembling it, the handling process at the time of window surface is greatly simplified.

Figure 1 is a developed view of the paper surface, so to speak, and is a surface material, in which reference numeral 1 is the bottom, 2 is the front, 3 is the rear, 4 is the right side, and 5 is the bottom.
is the left side, and symbols 6.69, 7, and D are joint pieces. These are basically the same as normal paper surfaces of this type, except that the joining pieces 6, 69 and 7 are formed sufficiently longer than the glue allowance on normal paper surfaces, and the front 2 , the rear surface 3, the right side surface 4 and the left side surface 5 are connected to the bottom surface through the fold line ak, and the joint piece 6.6' is connected to the front side 2 through the fold line b', and the joint piece 7.7' is connected to the bottom surface through the fold line ak. It is connected to the rear surface 3 via C, and is formed by punching out a single piece of paper material. These joint pieces and the left and right side surfaces are joined by fitting, and the joint pieces 6.6 and 7
.. Is there a merging protrusion 8 on the upper edge of 7'? On the other hand, a bent piece 9 is formed on the upper edge of the right side surface 4 and the left side surface 5 of the protruding heel, and a retaining hole 10 to fit with the retaining protrusion 8 is bored therein. same,
Since the upper edge of the joining piece and the upper edges of the left and right sides are the paper surface 1 and the periphery of the box when assembled, the merging protrusion 8 and the merging hole lO have a decorative effect on the periphery of the paper surface. In order to achieve this effect, the merging protrusions 8 are shown as 1 in the figure and have a semicircular shape and are protruded from the upper edge of the joint piece at equal intervals, while the retaining holes LO and %f) are engaged with the bent piece 9. The protrusion is a semi-circular incision of 11x.

First, fold the front surface 2 and the rear surface 3 according to the usual method, and then fold the joining pieces 6.6' and 7.7"k inward.
Subsequently, the right side surface 4 and the left side surface 5 are raised and overlapped with the joint piece, and the folded piece 9 is folded inward. Then, the merging protrusion 8 inevitably passes through and fits into the retaining hole IO, and the left and right side surfaces 4 and 5 are assembled with the joining piece (see Figure 3). Regarding the upper edges of the front surface 2 and the rear surface 3, there is no need to rub any processed syllables; for example, it is one method to form the upper lid entirely thereon, but if this is not the case, the merging protrusion 8 The upper edge of both the left and right sides of the paper surface can be decorated, and since the folded Q-shaped piece 9 functions as a lace □, the upper edge of the front 2 and rear 3 and the upper edges of both the left and right sides can be decorated in the same way. It is desirable to form a folded piece 12. In this case, it is convenient to fold the folded piece 12 overlapping the folded piece 9 after folding the folded piece 9 as shown in FIG. That is, by doing this, the folded piece 9 will not stand up during use, and the possibility that the paper surface will disintegrate and unfold is completely eliminated. Numerous fused protrusions? On the other hand, a bent piece is formed on the upper edge on both the left and right sides that join with this j, and a merging hole is bored in this.
The joining piece does not use adhesive or other joining means, but is joined to both the left and right sides by simply folding the face material along all the specified creases, and the paper surface is rotatable and easy to operate. It is designed so that it can be assembled. Therefore, there is no need to assemble the paper in advance.
Contents? You can leave it in the form of a face material until you store it, but what about punching out the face material? It has the advantage of being extremely easy to handle during filling trenches, and significantly reducing transportation costs and stocking costs.
