該凸条曲成部に連続する延出部が埋込ボルトの突
出方向に向かう垂れ込み部を形成すると共に、上
記抵抗板を含む埋込ボルト基部を成形物品の一部
にインサート成形することを要旨とするものであ
る。

トの周りの軟質材のはみ出しを阻止するように作
用する。この結果埋込ボルトの引張力に対する見
掛けの内部応力が大となり、強い締結力に応える
ことができる。

サート成形して成るもので、上記抵抗板8の両側
縁には凸条曲成部9に連続して先端が埋込ボルト
5の突出方向に向かう垂れ込み部10を構成し、
かつその延出部を更に側方へ曲成する構造になつ
ている。

め、該垂れ込み部10とバンパーa取り付け面間
の軟質材Bのつぶれ変形量が大きく、したがつて
B部の内部応力の力がA部の内部応力より大きく
なり、埋込ボルト5の周りの軟質材Aのはみ出し
を阻止するように作用する。この結果、埋込ボル
ト5の引張力に対する該埋込ボルト5の埋込部を
把持する内部応力が大きくなり、強い締結力を発
揮する。
