- 高温の排気ガスの通路に設けられ、通水による
熱交換が行われるフインチユーブ、このフインチ
ユーブより得られる熱水又は蒸気と熱交換が行わ
れる温水熱交換器、この温水熱交換器より得られ
る温水を用いて上記フインチユーブの表面の清掃
を行う温水洗浄器を備えた排熱回収装置。
