Prior Art FIG. 2 is a diagram for explaining an example of a conventional laser scalpel. In the figure, 1 is a laser scalpel chip, 2 is an optical fiber through which laser light is transmitted, and as is well known, the optical fiber 2 The laser beam guided by the ceramic laser chip 1
a, and is emitted from the other end (chip tip) 1b side depending on the chip shape. In the above-mentioned conventional technology, in order to focus the laser beam on the tip of the chip, the tip end side 1b of the chip is made into a conical shape,
As shown in the figure, the laser beam is reflected at the outer part (slanted part) of the conical shape, and is condensed and emitted. The above-mentioned laser chip performs the necessary treatment by bringing the chip tip 1b into contact with the living body or by separating it from the living body. However, when the tip part 1b is brought into contact with the living body to perform the treatment, the laser beam is applied to the area to be treated. It is used by absorbing heat on the surface, but the absorption characteristics of the laser light differ depending on the area to be treated.
In some cases, heat absorption occurs deep into the body, and depending on the shape of the area to be treated, the laser beam may be transmitted to unnecessary areas.

Purpose The present invention was developed in view of the above-mentioned circumstances, and specifically aims to provide a laser heat chip that converts laser light into heat and uses the heat to treat the area to be treated. It was done for a purpose.

Structure FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view for explaining one embodiment of the laser thermal chip according to the present invention. In the present invention, the ceramic optical guide 1 is formed into a tapered shape 1c with a tapered tip. A heat conductive light shielding member 3 covers this tapered tip portion 1c. The light shielding member 3 is made of, for example, a heat conductive metal material, and is mounted or coated on the tapered portion. Therefore, when using
The distal end 3a of the light shielding member 3 is brought into contact with a living body to coagulate the living body, but in the present invention, the light guide 1
The laser beam introduced into the interior is converted into heat by the light shielding member 3, and in the case of the illustrated example, heat is concentrated at the tip 3a. Only the touched area is treated. Furthermore, according to the present invention, the temperature of the tip decreases when the tip is brought into contact, but since the light shielding member 3 is composed of a heat transfer member, the heat accumulated in the non-contacting portion, for example, the portion 3b, is immediately transferred to the tip. 3a
the temperature of the tip can be maintained close to the desired temperature. Moreover, since the light shielding member is made of a metal material with good heat conductivity, it is possible to effectively prevent the temperature of the tip from decreasing when the tip comes into contact with the area to be treated.

Although the example in which the tip portion is formed in a tapered shape has been described above, the present invention
It is easy to understand that the present invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiment, and can be applied to a tip having an arbitrary shape such as a flat or spherical tip.

Effects As is clear from the above explanation, according to the present invention, the tip of the laser chip is covered with a light-shielding member to convert the laser light into heat, and the treatment is performed using the heat, so that only the area in contact with the chip is treated. Unlike laser light, it has almost no effect on other areas.
