The red tray 2 is filled until it reaches a predetermined height position. Then, the lipstick stock solution 3 is cooled and solidified in the cylinder 1 and molded into a rod-shaped lipstick, and a cut surface 3A is formed on the tip side of the rod-shaped lipstick by the inclined portion 1D of the cylinder 1. It's becoming like that.

That is, each cylindrical body 1 is heated to a predetermined temperature in advance and transported to the filling process, and the lipstick stock solution 3 in a heated and molten state is filled into each cylindrical body 1 from above each red tray 2 using a filling nozzle. . Then, in the cooling step, each cylinder 1 is cooled from below using a cooling means such as air cooling, and the lipstick stock solution 3 is solidified to form a rod-shaped lipstick. Here, since the lipstick stock solution 3 slightly contracts when it solidifies, a small gap 4 under negative pressure is formed between it and the inner surface of the cylinder 1.
The gap 4 forms an air layer between the inner surface of the cylindrical body 1 and the rod-shaped lipstick by sucking outside air, thereby making it easier to peel off the rod-shaped lipstick from the cylindrical body 1. Next, in the extraction process, the rod-shaped lipstick is pulled upward from each cylindrical body 1 together with each red tray 2, and this rod-shaped lipstick is taken out from each cylindrical body 1.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, since the cylinder 1 is formed in an asymmetrical shape and the flat inclined part 1D is provided on one side in the radial direction of the closing part 1C, it is difficult to fill the lipstick stock 3 into the cylinder 1. When cooling and solidifying,
The inclined portion 1D on one side in the radial direction is cooled quickly, and the other side is cooled slowly, making it difficult to uniformly cool the lipstick stock solution 3.

Therefore, in the prior art, when the lipstick stock solution 3 solidifies, one side contracts first to form a void 4 as shown by the two-dot chain line in FIG. 6, and the lipstick is sucked into the void 4. Due to the pressure of outside air, the cut surface 3A
The tip 3B on the other side that is radially opposed to the cylindrical body 1 comes to be crimped to the inner surface of the closed part 1C of the cylinder 1, which not only deteriorates the releasability but also causes the tip 3B to lose its shape when removed. There is a drawback.

In the figure, reference numerals 11, 11, . . . indicate vertical rib-shaped heat dissipation fins integrally protruding from the outer surface of the cylinder 1, and each of the heat dissipation fins 11 faces the inclined portion 1D of the closed portion 1C in the radial direction. It is located on the other side, extends in the axial direction from the lower end of the closing portion 1C along the outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical portion 1B, and is integrally connected to the lower surface of the flange 1E. Each heat dissipation fin 11 has, for example, 60
Three protrusions are formed in the radial direction of the cylinder 1 with an angular interval of about 100 degrees, and the outer shape is such that the lower end side is the corner 11A.
It is formed into a substantially L-shape. Further, the wall thickness of each of the heat dissipating fins 11 is formed to be as thin as possible, so that the heat of the lipstick liquid 3 filled in the cylinder body 1 can be efficiently dissipated to the outside.

However, in this embodiment, three heat radiation fins 11 are provided on the outer surface of the cylinder 1 and extend in the axial direction from the other side of the closed part 1C to the cylinder part 1B. Since the heat of the lipstick liquid 3 filled in the cylinder body 1 is radiated to the outside, when the lipstick liquid liquid 3 in the cylinder body 1 is cooled and solidified in the cooling process, the radial direction of the cylinder body 1 is not aligned as in the conventional technology. The side of the inclined part 1D located on the side can be cooled quickly, and the other side can be prevented from being cooled slowly, and the lipstick stock solution 3 can be cooled quickly and uniformly. In particular, each heat dissipation fin 11
is formed into a substantially L-shape with a corner 11A on the lower end side, and the heat dissipation area on the other side of the closing portion 1C is increased by the corner 11A, so that the lipstick stock solution 3 is poured into the closed cylinder 1. It becomes possible to uniformly solidify and shrink the portion 1C side, and it is possible to prevent the tip portion 3B (see FIG. 6) from being pressed against the inner surface of the closing portion 1C as in the prior art.
