[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] The present invention relates to a device for removing the contents of a closed container, and in particular, a device for removing the contents of a closed container, which is capable of shielding a fluid substance that is easily deteriorated by contact with the outside air and is stored in a flexible closed container. A sealed container that enables safe and smooth exchange while preventing backflow of the fluid substance once taken out from the above route when replacing the sealed container with a new sealed container upon completion of removal. The present invention relates to a contents removal device.

The discharge valve of the present invention includes an inner cylinder having a blade fixed to one end thereof, which cuts a seal plug that closes a liquid outlet nozzle provided at the lower part of a liquid container on the circumference, leaving a part when discharging, and the inner cylinder. It consists of an outer cylinder into which a cylinder is inserted and the inner cylinder is rotated by a screw to move it back and forth, and when discharging, the blade cuts the seal plug circumferentially through the socket, releasing the liquid in the liquid container to the outside. This means that the waste is discharged. The outer cylinder has a liquid outlet for discharging liquid, and a gasket is provided on the outer peripheral surface of the inner cylinder to adjust the amount of liquid discharged after the seal plug is opened.
It also plays the role of blocking the liquid outlet and preventing the backflow of liquid once discharged from the liquid outlet.

However, in the above-mentioned conventional technology, since a blade fixed to the end of the inner cylinder cuts the seal plug circumferentially, when the seal plug is cut to a certain extent (for example, about 1/2 of the circumference), The liquid leaks to the head of the cylinder, and the liquid pressure prevents the inner cylinder from moving forward, making it difficult to break the seal evenly. However, when the amount of liquid discharged increases rapidly due to operation of the discharge valve, there is a problem that there is a risk that the incised portion may peel off and enter the discharge path.

On the other hand, in this conventional technology, when attaching a discharge valve to a new liquid container, the inner cylinder is moved back and the blade is retracted, so there is a problem that the liquid remaining in the discharge path flows backward from the liquid outlet and comes into contact with the outside air. The present invention has been made in view of the above, and it is possible to discharge a fluid substance from a closed container (liquid container) in a state where it is sealed from the outside air, and to facilitate the discharge operation.
For safety, the container is sealed with an outlet sealed with a seal that is provided at the bottom of a closed container housing a fluid substance that is likely to deteriorate in quality due to contact with the outside air, and the fluid substance is discharged to the outside. a cylindrical body provided with an outlet for discharging; a means inserted into the main body for breaking the seal; and a cylindrical body attached to the breaking means for discharging the air from the outlet when the seal is broken; and a valve body for adjusting the flow rate of the fluid substance to be removed and for closing the outlet when exchanging it with another sealed container, wherein the means for breaking the hermetic seal is provided in the main body. A rod-shaped body disposed on a central axis in the longitudinal direction and having a pointed head, which pierces the seal by movement along the central axis to form a liquid passage hole on the seal, and Contents of a sealed container, characterized in that the head is in a position where the head does not protrude from the end of the main body when the valve body closes the outlet and does not pierce the seal when the sealed container and the main body are engaged. A take-out device is provided.

According to the sealed container contents removal device of the present invention,
Since the sealing seal (thin film seal 102) is perforated in the axial direction, there is little leakage of liquid when the seal is broken, and the breaking operation can be easily performed. In addition, the drilled portion has a certain shape (circular), so that the cut piece does not peel off and enter the discharge path.

When all the contents of the airtight container 1 have been drained and the used airtight container is to be replaced with a new airtight container 1 for replenishment, first connect the connector 105 and the cap 103.
Release the screw engagement with. At this time, the content suction tube 20 and the inside of the main body 110 are in communication (connection) state as shown in FIG. 105) to the outside. In order to prevent the contents from leaking to the outside, a stop line is engraved on the left side of the main body by rotating the rotary knob 108.
Elastic seal valve body 152 by matching with SL
As shown in FIG. 3A, move the tube directly above the connector 109 to cut off the connection between the suction tube 20 and the inside of the main body. Next, in this disconnected state, the screw engagement between the base 103 and the connector 105 is released. By repeating the above operations, the flexible airtight container for refilling can be smoothly replaced one after another without the contents leaking to the outside.

Similarly, when this sealed container contents removal device is used repeatedly, the contents remain in the contents storage chamber 153 from the previous use, so when the valve body 152 moves backward as described above, the contents will be removed. The contents within storage chamber 153 are compressed. Therefore, the air in the content storage chamber 153 or the remaining content creates compression resistance and attempts to prevent the cylinder 115 from moving backward, but in the present invention, a predetermined length is provided along the axial direction on the inner wall of the main body. across the small ditch 1
15, the contents or air in the reservoir chamber 153 can pass through the small groove 116 to the two O-
Since the cylinder 115 moves into the space between the rings 151, almost no compression resistance occurs, and the cylinder 115 moves smoothly, making it easy to adjust the discharge amount.

As described above, according to the closed container contents retrieval device of the present invention, the retrieval device is provided at the lower part of the closed container containing a fluid substance whose quality is likely to deteriorate due to contact with outside air and is sealed by a seal. a cylindrical body provided with an outlet for sealingly engaging the opening and discharging the fluid substance to the outside; a means inserted into the body for breaking the hermetic seal; and a cylindrical body attached to the breaking means; A closed container contents removal device comprising a valve body that adjusts the flow rate of the fluid substance discharged from the discharge port when the seal is broken and closes the discharge port when replacing the closed container with another closed container. In this method, the means for breaking the seal is a rod-shaped body disposed on the central axis in the longitudinal direction of the main body and having a pointed head, and is pierced through the seal by movement on the central axis. A liquid passage port is formed on the seal, and the pointed head does not protrude from the end of the main body when the valve body closes the outlet and closes the seal when the sealed container and the main body are engaged. Since it is located in a position where it cannot be penetrated, the fluid substance can be discharged from the sealed container while being sealed from the outside air, and the discharge operation can be performed easily and completely.
