[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Industrial Field of Application] The present invention relates to a connection structure for a flexible pipe that accommodates cables, optical fibers, etc. therein and is buried underground.

Conventionally, this type of flexible tube has a spiral groove 1A on the circumferential surface of a plastic tube body 1, as shown in FIG.
are provided. To connect the flexible tubes configured as described above, as shown in FIG. A configuration is adopted in which each is sealed with a sealing tape 3, and then a balco tape 4 is wrapped over it, and both ends are sealed with a vinyl tape 5. The reason for the above configuration is that the spiral grooves 1A of the flexible tubes 10 are in communication with each other. Therefore, when connecting the flexible tubes, if the connected parts are not tightly covered, rainwater, groundwater, etc. will be transmitted through the spiral grooves 1A. This is because there is a risk that the particles may reach the seam of the flexible tube 10 and enter the interior of the flexible tube 10 through the seam.

However, in the connection portion having the above-mentioned structure, it takes an extremely large amount of effort to connect the flexible tubes to each other, and various materials are required for the connection. Furthermore, since the connecting parts are taped, when multiple flexible tubes are bundled together and buried in the soil, it is necessary to leave enough space between the flexible tubes so that the taping will not be hindered, making it compact. There is a major problem in that it cannot be buried.

As a means to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, the present invention provides a pair of flexible tubes in which a large number of ring grooves 11A are successively provided on the circumferential surface of a plastic tube 11, and a packing groove 11B is formed between the ring grooves 11A. tube 20,2
A flexible tube connection structure is provided in which a ring-shaped gasket 16 is fitted into the gasket groove 11B at the connecting end of the flexible tube 12, and each of the connecting ends of the pair of flexible tubes 20, 20 is inserted from both ends of the connecting sleeve 12. This is what we provide.

The ring grooves of the flexible tube are each independent, and rainwater or groundwater cannot be transmitted from one ring groove to another. Therefore, in the above connection configuration, even if rainwater or groundwater does not enter the connection sleeve from the outside of the connection sleeve, the rainwater or groundwater is blocked by the ring groove of the flexible pipe.
Furthermore, the ring-shaped gasket at the connecting end of the flexible tubes reliably prevents rainwater and groundwater from entering the interior through the joints between the flexible tubes.

Therefore, in this invention, there are only two types of materials for connection: the connection sleeve and the ring-shaped packing, and the connection requires no effort at all, and it can completely prevent rainwater and underground water from entering through the connection part. Furthermore, since there is no need for taping, when a plurality of flexible tubes are bundled and buried, the distance between the flexible tubes can be reduced, and the flexible tubes can be buried compactly. Also, since the ring groove and packing groove are separate,
The shape of the ring groove does not affect the shape of the seal, and the shape of the seal does not affect the shape of the ring groove. For example, the ring groove can be made deeper and larger to improve the flexibility of a flexible tube. However, there is no need to make the padskin thicker accordingly.

To explain the present invention with reference to an embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, numeral 11 is a tube made of polyvinyl chloride, polypropylene, polyethylene, acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer, fluororesin, polycarbonate, It is made of plastic such as fiber-reinforced plastic, and has a large number of ring grooves 11A connected to its circumferential surface, and a packing groove 11B is formed between the ring grooves 11A.

In the above connection structure, even if rainwater or groundwater does not enter into the connection sleeve 12 from the outside of the connection sleeve 12, the ring grooves 11 of the flexible pipes 20, 20
A, 11A are independent from each other, and the rainwater and groundwater cannot be transmitted from the ring groove 11A to the ring groove 11A, and is further transmitted through the ring-shaped packings 16, 16 at the connecting ends of the flexible pipes 20, 20. Thus, the simple structure of the tubes reliably prevents them from entering the interior through the joint between the flexible tubes 20, 20.
