ATS is a safety device for vehicles running on tracks,
The ATO device uses a ground transducer installed in the orbit to provide information from the ground to the vehicle. As shown in Figure 1, the ground element A of the past had a built-in resonant circuit consisting of a coil 1 and a capacitor 2, and a separate control box B installed near the ground element. The control relay 3 and the ground element A are integrally connected by a cable 4, and the control relay 3 is operated by applying external control conditions via the cable 5, and the resonance circuit of the ground element is connected via the relay contact 6. The ground coil resonates at a constant resonant frequency, or the resonance frequency is changed, and information is transmitted from the ground coil to the onboard coil via the onboard coil located directly above it. After adjusting the resonance frequency and resonance sharpness Q by the combination of
Put these into the outer shell of the ground element, inject and harden epoxy resin having mechanical strength and good insulation, or place the above-mentioned connection body in the outer shell in a mold,
The outer shell was made by injecting epoxy resin into a mold and solidifying it. Therefore, if the characteristics of a conventional ground element change due to deterioration of the capacitor, it cannot be corrected or replaced because it is wrapped in hardened resin, and the cable may be damaged due to vibration or flying stones, or due to moisture intrusion. Even if Q decrease occurs, it is not possible to replace only the relevant part, and even if a defect in the resonant frequency or Q occurs during molding of the ground element, it is impossible to repair it. Furthermore, since it is susceptible to changes in capacitor capacity due to changes in the length of the cable 4, characteristics such as resonance frequency and Q, in order to avoid this, the ground element with a built-in control relay 3 and its manufacturing method are Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication 1977-
It is disclosed in Publication No. 122177. However, the ground coil and its manufacturing method described in the same publication involve placing the coil in a mold, injecting resin to impregnate the coil, covering it, and molding the coil part. , connect relays, etc. and conductive wires to form a combined body, hold the combined body accurately on the underside of the mold lid with needle-shaped protrusions and strings, combine with the mold, and inject resin into the mold. The string is cut and only the mold lid is removed before the resin hardens, and after the resin hardens, the molded body is pulled out of the mold, the cable is introduced into the molded body, and the cable is connected in the connection chamber of the molded body. After that, resin is injected into the connection chamber and hardened.

As mentioned above, the known ground element and its manufacturing method involve a very large number of steps, and in particular, forming the combined body, fixing it to the mold lid, and cutting the string are troublesome. Since electronic components, relays, etc. are placed outside the coil, there are problems such as an increase in the volume of the ground element. This idea was made in view of the above points, and it is necessary to change the characteristics of any of the components, reduce the Q.
In the event of defects such as breakage or damage, not only can only the relevant element be easily replaced, but
To provide a ground element that requires fewer manufacturing steps, can be easily molded, and can be downsized.

Next, an embodiment of this invention will be described based on the drawings. As shown in FIG. 2, the ground element AB 1 according to this invention has a built-in resonant circuit consisting of a coil 11 and a capacitor 12, as well as a relay 13.
An external cable c for driving the relay is connected.
12' and 12'' are adjustment capacitors. This ground wire AB 1 is molded separately into a coil part a, an electric component part b, and an external line cable c, as shown in the drawings from Figure 3 onwards. The resonance frequency and Q of the coil section a and the electric component section b are adjusted in advance by temporarily connecting the coil 11, the capacitor 12, and the electric component section such as a relay. The coil section a is shown in FIG. like coil 11
is placed in a groove 15 (see FIG. 5) that opens on the upper surface of the outer shell 14 that has been previously formed into a predetermined shape, leaving the conductor 11a, and an epoxy resin or the like is placed in the groove.
6 is filled and hardened. The outer shell 14 has an accommodating recess 17 that opens on the upper surface inside the groove 15 in which the coil 11 is buried. A means for removably fixing the electrical component part b, for example, an embedded nut 18, is provided inside one side of the accommodation recess 17, and
A connection recess d formed of a cylinder projecting upward is provided on the other side of 7. The connection recess d has through holes 19, 20, and 21 provided on three sides. Then, the conductor 11a of the coil 11 is inserted through any one of the through holes 19 other than the hole facing the accommodation recess 17.
is inserted into the connection recess. As shown in FIG. 6, the electrical component section b includes a capacitor 12 and a relay 13 on a printed wiring board 22.
As shown in FIG. 7, the cable 23 connected thereto is cast and molded separately from the coil part a. As shown in FIG. 9, this electrical component part b fits into the housing recess 17 of the coil part a, and inserts a screw 25 into the nut 18 through a screw insertion hole 24 provided on at least one side of the electrical component part. It is screwed and removably fixed to the coil part.
Further, the cable 23 is inserted through the through hole 20 facing the accommodation recess 17 of the connection recess d. Further, one end of the external line cable c is inserted through the remaining through hole 21 of the connection recess d. Then, as shown in FIG. 8, the coil 11, the cable 23, and the external cable c are connected in the connection recess d, and as shown in FIG. Filling and solidifying a soft insulating material 26 that can be dug out later,
Ground element AB 2 is completed by embedding the connection part with a soft insulating material. The completed ground element AB 2 shown in FIG. 9 is installed upside down. In the above embodiment, the case was explained in which the cylinder forming the connection recess d was molded integrally with the outer shell 14;
If the shape of the outer shell or tube is complex and it is difficult to mold them integrally, the tube may be molded separately from the outer shell and bonded or screwed to the outer shell. Further, as a means for fixing the electric component part b to the coil part a, any means other than a nut screw that allows attachment and detachment may be used. By reducing the size of the relay, inserting a plurality of relays, and selectively connecting a different capacitor to the coil in each relay, it is possible to transmit a large amount of information.

As mentioned above, in the ground element according to this invention, the coil is inserted into the groove of the pre-formed outer shell,
A coil is embedded by injecting resin into the groove and hardening it. Also, a cast-molded electrical component part is inserted into the housing recess of the outer shell and fixed in a removable manner, and the conductor of the coil part and the electrical The cable of the component part and the external line cable are connected within the connection recess of the outer shell, and the connection part is buried and fixed in a soft insulating material that can be dug out. It is much less than that, and
Production efficiency improves. Second, the coil and electrical components can be set easily and reliably. Thirdly, since the electrical component section and the electrical connection section are provided inside the coil, the volume of the ground element can be reduced. Fourth, poor characteristics due to deterioration of electrical components,
Or, if a contact failure occurs in an electrical component, or if the external cable is damaged, simply dig out the soft insulating material in the connection recess, separate the connection, and remove the defective electrical component from the coil to restore normal operation. It can be easily replaced with another one, and the external line cable can be easily replaced with a new one. There are effects such as
