Next, the operation of the conventional circuit breaker will be explained. That is, in FIG. 1, when the handle 26 is tilted to the closing position (tilted to the right) with the cradle 19 locked to the latch 31, the toggle link mechanism 22 is extended and the movable contact 8 is brought into contact with the fixed contact 6. , the state shown in FIG. 1 is reached. Next, when the handle 26 is tilted to the open position (tilted to the left), the toggle link mechanism 22 is bent and the movable contact 8 is separated from the fixed contact 6, resulting in the state shown in FIG. 2. On the other hand, in the above closed circuit state,
When an overcurrent flows in the circuit, the bimetal 27 or the movable iron core 29 is activated and the cradle 1 and latch 31 are
Since the engagement is released, the cradle 19 is rotated clockwise about the cradle shaft 32. Therefore, since the connection point between the cradle 19 and the link 18, that is, the point of the shaft 21, exceeds the line of action of the toggle spring 24, the toggle link mechanism 22 is bent by the spring force of the toggle spring 24, and the cross The movable contacts 8 of all poles are opened and separated from the fixed contacts 6 in conjunction with each pole by the bar 12, resulting in the trip state shown in FIG. 3. However, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, in order to attach one end of the toggle spring 24 to the handle arm 23 via the spring hook pin 25, the toggle spring 24 is stretched and the hook at the tip is attached to the handle arm 23. The hook must then be passed through the hole formed in the spring hook 25.
Therefore, the hook portion of the toggle spring 24, which is under a tensile load due to stretching, is passed through the hole at a predetermined location inside the circuit or disconnector, which is narrow and has intricate parts. It is very difficult to do so, and in addition, sometimes it is necessary to change the grip when passing it through the hole, making it an extremely difficult task. As a result, the assembly workability is extremely poor, the number of parts increases, and there is also the possibility that the spring pin may slip and come off from the hook. Moreover, on the other hand, the toggle spring 24 provided in this drastic circuit or disconnector,
As mentioned above, the inside of the circuit and disconnector is extremely narrow and complicated with various parts, so it is impossible to take a sufficient length, and therefore, the spring constant has to be severe.

This idea was made in order to eliminate the drawbacks of the conventional ones as described above, and by providing the spring hook part of the toggle spring on the cut-out part of the handle arm that is inserted into the recess of the operating handle, it improves assembly work. The present invention aims to provide an electric switchgear that has good performance, a simple structure, and can have a relaxed spring constant.

An embodiment of this invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. Both FIGS. 6 and 7 show essential parts of an embodiment of this invention, with FIG. 6 being a side sectional view and FIG. 7 being a perspective view. In the figure, 2
Reference numeral 3a denotes a cut-and-raised portion provided on the handle arm 23 by cutting and bending from the end edge, and this cut-and-raised portion 23a has a spring hooking portion 23b made of a notched groove, and the above-mentioned toggle is attached to this spring hooking portion 23b. One end of the spring 24 is stretched. Further, the cut and raised portion 23a of the handle arm 23 is inserted into the recess 26a of the handle 26, and the handle arm 23 and the handle 26 are interlocked.

According to the above configuration, the recess 2 of the handle 26
A spring hanging part 23b of the toggle spring 24 is provided on the cut-and-raised part 23a of the handle arm 23 to be inserted into the handle arm 6a, and one end of the toggle spring 24 is stretched over the spring hanging part 23b, so that the toggle like the conventional one is not possible. The difficult assembly work of stretching the spring 24, passing the hook through the hole while applying a tensile load, and inserting the spring hook pin 25 into the hook is no longer necessary, and the user simply holds the hook, puts it on the stretched spring hook 23b, and releases it. This completes the attachment of the toggle spring 24 to the handle arm 23, eliminates the need for the conventional spring hook pin 25, and prevents the toggle spring 24 from detaching from the handle arm 23. As shown in FIG. 10, the entire length of the toggle spring 24 is
3b is provided at the tip of the cut and raised portion 23a, the length can be increased by L, and therefore the spring constant can be lowered and relaxed, and as a result, an effective spring load can be set.

In the above embodiment, a notched groove is provided as the spring hook part 23b provided in the cut-and-raised part 23a of the handle arm 23, but as shown in FIG. Alternatively, a bent portion may be formed as shown in FIG. 9, and the same effect as in the above embodiment can be obtained.

As described above, according to this invention, the spring hook part of the toggle spring is provided at the tip of the cut and raised part of the handle arm that is inserted into the recess of the handle, and one end of the toggle spring is stretched over this spring hook part. This not only simplifies the structure, but also makes it extremely easy to attach the toggle spring to the handle arm, resulting in good assembly workability.
The number of parts is reduced, there is no fear that the toggle spring will come off the handle arm, and furthermore, it is possible to obtain an electric switching device in which the spring constant can be relaxed.
