ある、透孔素材より成るパネルを、無目の屋外側
の部片に押え片によつて押圧させて実用上支障が
なく、延いてはこれまで認められなかつた漸新な

透光素材より成るパネル９を係合して前記前片２
ｂに設けた透孔１１を閉塞する。パネル９は前記
係合溝５の構成部片５′に基端を螺子１５で固定
した押え片１６の自由端１６′によつて前記前片
