【考案の詳細な説明】 (産業上の利用分野) 本考案はゴム製押釦スイツチ成形用金型、特に
は予じめ成形されたキートツプ部をベース部材の
成形と同時に接合一体化してなるゴム製押釦スイ
ツチ成形用の浮き出し型(雄型)の改良に関する
ものである。 (従来の技術) ゴム製押釦スイツチについては、第3図に示し
たように可動接点部12を有するキートツプ部1
1と、これに連続する、キートツプ部が押圧され
たときに座屈変形するドーム部13および脚部1
4とからなるものが知られており、これはキート
ツプ部を予じめ成形し、ついでこれを掘り込み型
(雌型)の頭頂部に挿入してからベース原料を仕
込み、浮き出し型と掘り込み型を合わせ、加熱加
圧してドーム部、脚部からなるベース部を成形す
ると同時にこのベース部をキートツプ部と接合一
体化させて押釦スイツチを成形するという方法で
製造されている。 しかし、この従来法ではベース部成形時にベー
ス部成形材料が掘り込み型にも流入して頭頂部に
挿入されているキートツプ部が流動するため、キ
ートツプ部がベース部に対して傾いて接合される
という欠点があつた。 (考案の構成) 本考案はこのような不利を解決したゴム製押釦
スイツチ成形用金型に関するものであり、これは
ベース部成形用の浮き出し型のドーム部に囲まれ
た頂部に突起を設けてなることを特徴とするもの
である。 つぎに、これを添付の図面にもとづいて説明す
るが、第1図は本考案の浮き出し型ドーム部の斜
視図、第2図はこの浮き出し型とキートツプ部を
挿入した掘り込み型とを合わせたものの縦断面図
を示したものである。 本考案の浮き出し型は第1図に示したように
ゴム製押釦スイツチのドーム部2、脚部3を構成
するような型のドーム部2に囲まれた頂部4に突
起5を設けたものであるが、これは頂部4に可動
接点部を受ける開口部6を設けたものであつても
よく、またこのものは多数個取りとされるために
図示してあるように左右に連続していてもよい。
なお、この第1図には突起5として4本のピン状
突起が示されているが、この本数、形状はこれに
限定されるものではなく、任意の本数、形状であ
つてよい。 この浮き出し型はゴム製押釦スイツチの成形
に当つてキートツプ7を頭頂部に挿入した掘り込
み型と合わせて使用されるが、この浮き出し型
1にはその頂部に突起5が設けられており、浮き
出し型と掘り込み型を合わせたときにこの突
起5がキートツプ部7を押圧し、これによつてキ
ートツプ部7の流動を抑えると共に、傾斜した挿
入されているキートツプ部を正常位置に矯正する
ので、これを加熱加圧してベース部を成形させる
とベース部とキートツプ部とが接合面9で常に正
常位置で一体に結合されるので、これによれば成
形不良品を出すことなく確実に精度高くゴム製押
釦スイツチを得ることができるという有利性が与
えられる。なお、この浮き出し型を使用すると
得られる押釦スイツチはそのキートツプ部7との
接合面9の下面に突起5の形状に伴な孔が残る
が、これは押釦スイツチの機能上は全く支障のな
いものであることから問題とする必要はない。 これを要するに本考案はゴム製押釦スイツチの
ベース部成形用浮き出し型頂部に突起を設けるこ
とによつて掘り込み型中のキートツプの流動を抑
え、その位置を矯正するものであり、これによれ
ばキートツプ部がベース部に対して傾斜して結合
されることがなくなるので、見栄えのよいゴム製
押釦スイツチが確実に得られるという有利性が与
えられる。
