電極部とが圧電基板に形成されていると共に、上
記振動電極部とその周囲の振動領域が、所定のク
リアランスをもつて保護基板で保護されているチ
ツプ型圧電部品であつて、引出電極部が、その延
出方向の両側部及び両端面に形成された外部電極
部と導通し、上記外部電極部の間の周面に容量電
極部が形成されていると共に、上記外部電極部及
び容量電極部のうち少なくとも容量電極部に対応
する箇所が凹設されていることを特徴とするチツ
