には特殊な設備を必要とするのであり、またこれ
を無傷のの状態で得ることの困難なことから非常
に高価なものとなるのである。

のとして見られるのである。なお、単板2の傾斜
角θは台板1の巾Wとも関係するが通常10°〜45°
の範囲で設計されるのであり、傾斜角θが大とな
る場合には上記単板2の長さが1間以下のものが
採用されても何ら差支えない。

用し、且つ該台板上に長さが凡そ1米の柾目をな
した単板を一定の傾斜角θで傾斜した状態で複数
枚貼着し、あと長さ方向へ複数箇の切断を行い、
該形成単位を交互の嵌め合いが行われるよう、長
さ方向の一端には突出する雄ザネを、他端にはサ
ネ溝を穿設するようになすことを特徴とする羽目
板の製造方法。 4 単板の傾斜角θが凡そ10°〜45°となされるこ
とを特徴とした特許請求の範囲第3項記載の羽目
