Conventionally, this type of chip-type inductor has a structure in which a magnetic core held on a substrate on which external electrodes are formed is wound, and the terminals of this winding are connected to the external electrodes. A type called a wire-wound type is known. Alternatively, as another chip type inductor,
As described in Publication No. 7-39521, a coiled conductor line is formed by printing magnetic green sheets and conductor patterns alternately and sequentially connecting different terminals of each conductor pattern. A so-called laminated type is also known.

<Problems to be Solved by the Invention> Incidentally, the conventional chip-type inductor, which is said to be a wire-wound type or a laminated type, has a complicated structure and requires a great deal of effort to manufacture, resulting in poor mass productivity. This has caused the inconvenience of increasing the cost.

The present invention aims to provide a chip-type inductor capable of eliminating such conventional disadvantages. Means for Solving the Problems The chip-type inductor according to the present invention has a peripheral edge along two adjacent sides of the front and back surfaces. It has an element body made by laminating and firing a plurality of rectangular flat magnetic green sheets I- on which a conductive pattern is folded, and inside this element body there are different sides of each magnetic green sheet. The present invention is characterized in that a coiled conductor line is formed by sequentially overlapping and connecting conductor patterns formed in the above.

<Operation> According to the configuration described in 2, a plurality of magnetic green sheets on which conductor patterns of a predetermined shape are formed are prepared in advance, and the conductor patterns formed on different sides of each magnetic green sheet are prepared in advance. By laminating and firing a plurality of magnetic green sheets while superimposing each other, an element body having a coiled conductor line formed inside can be easily obtained.

This chip type inductor 1 includes a magnetic green sheet 2
The element body 3 is formed by laminating and bonding a plurality of sheets under pressure and then firing them in a firing furnace. Each of the magnetic green sheets 2 constituting the element body 3 is formed into a rectangular flat plate shape, and the peripheral edges along two adjacent sides of the front and back surfaces of each magnetic green sheet 2 are coated with silver paste, etc. A conductive back cover 4 as shown in FIG. 2 is formed by folding back and screen-printing. Therefore, a plurality of magnetic green sheets 2 are stacked, one end 4a, 4b of the integral pattern 4 formed on different sides of these magnetic green sheets 2 are superimposed on each other, and the sheets are crimped and fired. For example, inside the element body 3, a coiled conductor line is constructed in which one ends 4a4b of each of the conductor patterns 4 are successively connected to each other and conductive. Note that the magnetic green sheets 2 may be formed into a square shape in plan view, and in this case, the magnetic green sheets 2 are laminated while changing direction alternately by 90 degrees, and then pressed and fired. It's a good thing.

Therefore, metal caps serving as electrodes 5 are fitted to both end faces of the element body 3, where each end of the coiled conductor line obtained in this way is exposed, and the coiled conductor line is exposed. The chip-type inductor 1 is completed by covering the middle part of the element body 3 with an exterior material 6 made of insulating resin. Note that the electrode 5 is not limited to a metal cap, and for example, a silver base I
* may be applied to both ends of the element body 3 and then fired together with the element body 3 to form it. Furthermore, it goes without saying that this exterior material 6 is not necessarily limited to insulating resin, and may be, for example, insulating resin mixed with magnetic powder. Then, the thousand-knob inductor 1 with metal caps as electrodes 5 fitted at both ends is mounted as is at a predetermined position on the printed wiring board (not shown).

<Effects of the Invention> As explained above, the chip-type inductor according to the present invention includes a plurality of rectangular flat magnetic green sheets each having a conductive pattern folded on the periphery along two adjacent sides of the front and back surfaces. It has an element body formed by laminating and firing the magnetic material, and inside this element body there is formed a coiled conductor line in which conductor patterns formed on different sides of each magnetic green sheet are sequentially superposed and connected. ing. Therefore, we prepared in advance a plurality of magnetic green sheets each having a conductor pattern of a predetermined shape formed thereon, and then overlapped the conductor patterns formed on different sides of each magnetic green sheet to form a plurality of magnetic sheets. If Green Sea I- is laminated and fired, an element body having a coiled conductor line inside can be easily obtained. Therefore, this chip-type inductor has a simple structure, and the labor required for its manufacture can be reduced, making it possible to improve mass productivity and reduce costs.
