Claims (1)
- ワーク５表面の凹凸に応じて加工ヘツド１の高
さを制御することにより、ワーク５と加工ヘツド
１の間を一定に維持するレーザ加工機等において
、上記加工ヘツド１に取付けられたハイトセンサ
２の作動部２ａにヒンジ３ｆを介して検出部３を
回動自在に設けると共に、上記ヒンジ３ｆの近傍
に、検出部３を所定位置に固定する締付けねじ６
を設けてなるレーザ加工機等のハイトセンサ装置
