[Detailed description of the invention] [Field of industrial application] The present invention relates to a mounting structure for electrical parts, and in particular, a conductive part formed near the outer edge of a flexible wiring board attached to a case, and a mounting structure for electrical parts other than the flexible wiring board. The conductive parts of the flexible wiring board and the case are fixed to the case in an electrical connection with each other by screws that pass through both conductive parts and are screwed into the case, and the screws screwed into the case connect the flexible wiring board and the case. This invention relates to an electrical component mounting structure in which an electrical component inserted between the casing and the casing is simultaneously penetrated and fixed to the case.

The illustrated mounting structure for electrical components is used for instrument wiring, etc., and a flexible wiring board 2 on which a circuit pattern 2a is printed and wired is attached to a case 1 (the same applies to chassis and other fixed members). A conductive terminal 2b as a conductive part provided at the end of the circuit pattern 2a located near the outer edge of the flexible wiring board 2 is connected to a terminal other than the flexible wiring board by means of a screw 3 screwed into the case 1. A terminal, which is a conductive part at the end of an external lead wire 4, is connected and fixed.

and the case 1, and is integrally fixed to the external lead wire 4 by the screw 3.
At this screw mounting part, the flexible wiring board 2
Since the conductive terminal 2b is exposed on the front side of the flexible wiring board 2, the bracket 6 made of a conductive material cannot be fixed on the same side as the external lead wire 4, but an insulating film is formed on the back side of the flexible wiring board 2. Therefore, the conductive terminal 2b and the bracket are well insulated.

FIG. 9 is a cross-sectional view of this screwed part, in which the end of the external lead wire 4 is covered with an insulating tube 4a, and is fixed to the upper surface of the flexible wiring board 2 with a screw 3 via a washer 7. The bracket 6 is tightly held between the back surface of the flexible wiring board 2 and the top surface of the case 1.

In the conventional electrical component mounting structure described above, during assembly, the flexible wiring board 2 is first attached to the case 1 with screws or other means, and then the outer edge of the flexible wiring board 2 is attached to the case 1 by screws or other means. The bracket 6 is inserted from the side, and the bracket 6 is fixed to the case 1 together with the external lead wire 4 using the screws 3. However, since the flexible wiring board 2 is thin and tightly attached to the case 1, it is difficult to insert the bracket 6. This requires the operator to lift the flexible wiring board 2 using fingers, a jig, or the like, resulting in poor work efficiency.

In order to achieve the above object, the electrical component mounting structure created by the present invention connects the conductive part formed near the outer edge of the flexible wiring board attached to the case and the conductive part of something other than the flexible wiring board. An electrical component is fixed to the case in a mutually electrically connected state by screws that penetrate the conductive part and are screwed into the case, and the screws screwed into the case are inserted between the flexible wiring board and the case. In the mounting structure for the electrical component, which is fixed to the case by penetrating the flexible wiring board at the same time, a gap is provided between the case and the flexible wiring board for inserting the electrical component without screwing the screw into the case. It is characterized by the fact that it was formed.

FIGS. 5 and 6 show other embodiments. In this embodiment, the entire mounting portion of the bracket 6 including the mounting portion 1a of the screw 3 is a recess 1c, and the depth of the recess 1c is a constant dimension equivalent to the thickness of the bracket 6. By doing this, as shown in FIG. 7, the flexible wiring board 2 is not deformed by the bracket 6, and the outer edge of the board 2 is brought into close contact with the bracket 6, making it easy to install. There is no risk of it getting caught on other parts during work and getting damaged.

As explained above, according to the present invention, the conductive part of the flexible wiring board attached to the case and the conductive part of something other than the flexible wiring board are fixed to the case in a mutually electrically connected state, and the flexible wiring board As a structure that forms a gap between the case and the flexible wiring board for inserting the electrical components in a state where the screws for fixing the electrical components inserted between the case and the case are not screwed into the case at the same time. This makes it easier to insert electrical components between the flexible wiring board and the case, and the efficiency of the electrical component installation work is greatly improved.
