い場合には、コネクタの着脱が制約されることが
多い。たとえば、第3図に示すように、光フアイ
バ2を結線した光送受信器3を信号発生・処理装
置4に、互いのコネクタ5,6を介して接続する
ような場合、光フアイバ2は鋭角に曲げることを
避けなければならないことから、充分な奥行きス
ペースを必要とする。光送受信器3の奥行寸法が
大きいと、なおさら制約が多くなる。そのような
スペースがないと接続自体が難しくなる。
