ツトのブラケツト3の丸孔とに、ピン4が挿入さ
れ、同ピン4の頭が押え金5により押えられて、
抜け止めされている。またボス1の孔の中間部が
大径となつていて、同大径部に外周面に通じる孔
6が設けられ、同孔6の外端部にグリースニツプ
ル7が取付けられている。またボス1の端縁外周
部と同ボス1に隣接するブラケツトの端縁外周部
とに切欠部があり、同両切欠部にOリング8が装
着されている。

(考案が解決しようとする問題点) 前記第3図に示すピン結合装置では、Oリング
8がボス1の端縁とブラケツト3の端との間の隙
間9を塞いでいるが、激しい塵埃の浸入防止には
不充分であり、浸入した塵埃と強い衝撃のため隙
間9が使用に伴い、摩耗し、バケツトに力を加え
るたびに衝撃音を発する。また前記隙間9を調整
するために、シム調整またはボスを一方に押し付
ける等の方法が行なわれていたが、非常に手間が
かかるという問題があつた。

ツトに対応する前記ボスとの間に前記ピンに挿通
して設けられた隙間調整部材と、同隙間調整部材
をピン軸方向に押圧するグリース充填室からなる
押圧手段とを具えていることを特徴とするピン結
合装置に係り、その目的とする処は、ボスとブラ
ケツトとの間の隙間を簡単に調整できて、ボスと
ブラケツトとがピン軸方向に衝突して起る衝撃音
を防止できて、ボス端面とブラケツト端面との摩
耗を防止できるピン結合装置を供する点にある。

た衝撃音を防止できる。またボスとブラケツトと
の対向端面の摩耗を防止できる効果がある。
